Recently I took a Airtel prepaid mobile sim. Though I am able to call from the number but all the SMS which I am sending is getting failed. Every time it is showing Error and giving option to retry or cancel. I talked to Airtel customer care executive and she told me to check the SMS delivery settings.

As per the settings,

Validity Period - Maximum, Message Type - Text, Service Center - [protected] and Reply...

1. Unwanted and unnecessary activation, promotional calls & and being charged….since...

my mbile no is [protected].(airtel).the company is deducting 20 paise everyday without assigning any reason. the validity of my prepaid card is till may2011. when i contacted the customer care executive through their no.121, he behaves very rudely with no intention to help.kindly help me and stop deducting 20 paise from my account balance.

With this messages Rs. 30/- per month i.e. Rs. 1 per day is being deducted.
