My complaint is regarding slow speed of airtel 4g. I bout this sim 2 months ago and whenever I am at home I can hardly open up Google on my phone, let alone browsing YouTube regardless of the fact that I am getting full signal bar. I think they are conning people by saying its 4g whereas it do no even comparable to 2g....

I've recharged my data of 48rs that is valid for 28 days. The recharge is reflected but the available data is showing 0.0 MB....

I was on international roaming pack of 3999.
Intially i was told it will auto renew every month so i had selected this pack.
But it did auto renew by charging per day of 649+ tax for 12 days around and already bill is generated...
When they can auto renew pack they had to auto renew previous pack how can they renew any pack of there choice.. This is unfair and we shall pay this...

Sir, i had initiated my phone recharge on www.airtel.in of rs.49/-. Payment was done through my hdfc bank debit card. Sir, i want to complain that although money amounting to rs.49/- was deducted from my hdfc account and remitted to bharti airtel as per the sms received from my bank showing successful transaction, but recharge was not done by airtel. From past 1 days the airtel dth channels are changing very frequently by it self. Remove v card clan and re insert it remove hdmi cable. But still no resolution.

Airtel set box receiver light is blinking continuously and it changes the channel.

I have removed battery from remote control but still no resolution. Try to call
Customer service centre but no use.
