Before going to canada went to airtel store and informed them that i was planning to use whatsapp only using local wifi. I was under the impression i need international roaming to activate whatsapp. The store did not tell me that international roaming is not necessary for using whatspp. And they activated international roaming with zero rental.
In canada did not make or receive on call or sms. But to my surprise was billed 27, 000...

This is sibaram, our company (Micro labs limited) is situated in industrial area, jigani link road, bommasandra, bangalore-560105. Here we are using more no. Of airtel network for offcial purposes and last few month onwards, we are facing lot of network issue, hence, the internet was working with 2g and also some times automatically switching off the data. Hi I registered a request at Airtel customer care no. 198. I called them 3 times. on 17 july, 26 july and 1 August 2019, Still My complaint is not resolved. I have subscribed the annual pack of infinity hd pack last sept 2018 and that supposed to expire on sept 2019, but before its expiry airtel dth has disconnect the pack and added some other lower cost pack in the name of 'pay per channel' which i dont want.
