On 22nd july i submitted a application to change my existing airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. It was completed on 22nd night and i made a recharge of 169 on 23rd july. But since then i couldn't able to use internet on my mobile. I could make outgoing call and can receive incoming call. Sms functionality is fine. This is with utmost regret that i ve been trying to reach my mother 76 and aunt 60 who have airtel prepaid no. S[protected] and[protected] based at 172 beharipur memaran bareilly up from the last few weeks and constantly getting repeated non availability of network and out of coverage area problems.
