I have 2 airtel numbers as part of My Family plan, I ported in 1 more number form Vodafone to Airtel. though, I added into the same family plan, it was not reflecting as one and it kept generating separate costly bill everytime. this was reported from the time this new number was ported in. Followed with Airtel stores, then customer care and then with Appellate office for more than 2-3 months. now when they did not complete the...

I can't even browse freely on chrome and also can't even play online football games using airtel network because of the redirection towards onr. Airtel.in/recnnf and i hate this thing it always appears on my screen whenever i tried to browse after recharging with an airtel data pack. This seems so disturbing and annoying as i cannot do whatever i want....

I was using postpaid family plan with 3 sim cards i complain to airtel customer care about the issue i was facing which was
1. I was never getting 4g network in all of 3 sim cards in different places
2. There was a continuous network problem in major places (My friends were calling me and they were getting "number is busy" which was a lie (I also checked my blocked contact list in which those number was not added in block list)br...

My airtel no. +[protected] is not able to receive sms from uae no. +[protected], however i am able to receive sms from other numbers including few from uae.
With regards to the same, i checked with the uae service provided 'etisalat' and they confirmed that the sms is being sent from there network and receiving network "airtel' needs to troubleshoot.

Though i have tried multiple smsm, the latest one was sent at...

I have port my sim to airtel postpaid to prepaid by submitted all dues and by otp verification.
And my sim finally convert in prepaid.
But now issue is this, that at my sim no any frc recharge success from last 10 days after also swapping my sim in prepaid. And...

I'm having internet issues with my network provider, airtel for last 1 year. I've contacted them several times on different platforms like twitter, customer care etc. But i've not gotten proper assistance. I applied for broadband disconnection in february 2019. I received 2 confirmation calls from the airtel team and was said the connection would be cut in next 1 month.
But nothing happened. Then again i raised a request in june end (Or july 1st week) and i again got around 6-7 confirmation calls for disconnection each time being assured that connection would be cut and won't be receiving any further calls.
And now in august 1st...

Our connection has been deactivated by the airtel without the consent of desired of regards authority... Our consumer id is [protected], stb id-[protected], view card number[protected].. We have complained about our dth connection several times to customer care. But didn't get positive response and delayed our complaint for number of days.
Kindly activate our account as soon as possible....

Hi - myself sudheer, i've took an airtel sim no :- [protected], using the voter's id, currently i'm not using the service and wish to disconnect the sim from the service, i contacted the airtel office in chennai and they conveyed - voters'id is not the document took at the registration of new sim card,
I wish to disconnect the sim card as i'm not using it for last three months, kindly help me to perform this action

I already paid my bill 189 rupees on 3/8/2019.
But today 5/8/2019 is my outgoing service is off by Airtel.
Now i call in customer care 2 times, but no any response by the care office.
He told me you request is solve in 2 hours
But now take more than 4 hours and not activate my number
Now i request to activate the outgoing call. If i go another operator..

Dear service provider .i am naved i informed you that all outgoig call is bocked on my number from today so pls deacivate dnd on my mobile numer as soon as posible..

Airtel number [protected] has been registered for sim change from[protected] to[protected]. Still number has not been activated. Please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard.

I was a prepaid customer till april 2019 and at that time airtel network was not that good but it was adjustable. I had to go to the us for my personal work and when i approached the local airtel outlet in bhubaneswar, they told me that they don't have otp services available abroad for pre-paid customer.in order to have the otp facility, i need to convert to post paid customer. I agree and i did that.in the us i didn't get any otp services....

I had called airtel on 3rd july 2019 and requested for 1499 pack activation for 10 days romaing in thailand for my travel starting 6th july to 12th july

It was not activated and now i have a bill of more than 4500

I decided to pay the bill and port but on 10th of july retention team called me and said that it seems its a mistake from their side and charges would be waived off once bill is generated on 24th july....

But after the payment, i haven't received any update yet,

No one came for setup the connection and even the person to whom i have submitted all my document, is not picking my call.

Am receiving unnecessary calls from[protected]. There is a lady calling and asking for someone named sangeetha. I informed her twice she got a wrong number but she doesn't seem to understand

The lady is repeatedly calling me and now her tone and mode of communication is irritating. Looks like someone has given my number to her incorrectly and she doesn't understand that at all

I am using Airtel prepaid service . There is problem regarding network as I am not able to use data . My studies are affected by the issue . And there are no helpline numbers to actually talk about the issue . The service is not worth the price of the plans they provide. Kindly solve my problems as soon as possible....

My airtel number it is given to some else and it contains all my bank account info which can be missused i also asked them they also told me the will not give it to someone else but they did and now they are not responding and i am very worried what will happen to my bank info its woth someone else and their service is too bad they dont even listen....
