mobile network not coming

mobile network of airtel

I'm a old customer of airtel. Recently the service has become in a very poor stage. The network strength is very low, for that reason internet speed has reduced to a cow drawn cart. I'm unable to talk with my family & friends without any interruption. Not even able to use internet properly. But airtel is advertising "airtel is india's fastest network". Shame on you airtel. I think i should port out from this fake network provider.

airtel dth ( plan related) complaint id 87188295

Cust ID- [protected]. I recharged with Rs. 360 for all Sports Channel as told Airtel help center on 24.03.2019 and was showing all the sports channel including Sony Ten Sports for more than 30 minutes but withdraw the service of Sony Ten & when I complain they told it would be solve within 24 Hours. But till date it is pending. pls do needful....

connectivity problem. help help

Hello i am airtel some for past 15 yrs it was doing ok but for past 2months their service is worst i am unable to make calls or receive calls (Call drop). I have got 4g mobile and 4g sim but maximum time it works on 2g. I paid them for 4g services and in return i am getting 2g service. I have lodged complaints with customer care (Do not remember how many times) but all in vain. Please solve the problem at earliest or suggest better service...

fake postpaid to prepaid conversion

I am the owner of sim - [protected]. When my mother visited airtel store, the sales people forced her to convert my prepaid number into postpaid infinity family plan without my knowledge. Even after my repeated customer care complaints via phone and email, there has been no response. Kindly remove my number from the rs.299/- infinity family plan asap and convert my postpaid [protected] to prepaid sim. Else you will loose a decade year long...

complaint: dth channel selection

Hello trai,
I am an airtel dth subscriber. My digitaltv id is [protected].

As per the new trai regulations, the customer can choose channels of their choice and change it whenever they need.
I wanted to subscribe to star sports 1 channel only on days that i need and discontinue on other days.

not refunding the excess amount I paid

It has been almost 15 days and not even got a confirmation for refunding the amount. The amount is big (35k) and airtel customer service is just delaying the refund with different excuses. I have filed the request on 12th of march and its still not resolved not even initiated the refund process.
They directly closed previous 2 request without even intimating me and this 3rd request also haven't got any call for confirmation....

I am amar, a airtel dth user, i have selected 95 channel @ ₹320 as per trai guideline on 17 feb '19, and confirmation received from airtel through msg. After that i have recharge 350 on 26 feb, 19, then tv suspended on 13 mar'19,

incoming not working after porting to airtel delhi ncr region

I have requested to port sim from karnataka region to delhi ncr region for my airtel postpaid number. Same time i transferred this number from my name (Himanshu arora) to my wife name.

airtel dth recharged but still suspended

Customer i’d [protected] has been recharged with rs 500 on 24/03/2019 but still dth is not activated and not working connection is in the name of mr awdhesh kumar saxena nehru colony dehradun. manipulation & theft

TRAI is a big loot and then its companies such as Airtel, etc. They charge me on their own and then say that i have added so and so channels. When I delete those channels or ask them to do it they give me utter non sense such as the system is down or it will be done it 4 hours. airtel sim not working and no assistance provided

Airtel sim on my handset is not working since 23-03-19. Called on customer service, but no help provided. Was asked to go through app. When my sim is not working, how can i go through app. Tried sim on other handsets. Everywhere it is showing "sim error". Sent mail to [protected]@airtel.in. They asked me to call. When i wrote i am unable to call from my phone as the sim is not working, they again sent a mail to call and tell the problem.

recharge not processed up on multiple attempts.

I have ported my [protected] number from Docomo to Airtel. It's been a month since I ported, I tried recharging more than 20 different times from Airtel app, Paytm, Google pay and Airtel website as customer care of Airtel suggested. No success.

I wrote a dozen e-mails to Airtel csr and also the Airtel nodal escalations. They just wasted my time asking more time to research, but not fixing the issue. I shared a couple of screenshots.br...

Airtel has faslefully re-activated post paid connection and charged my credit card for 7 months.
They agreed to process and pay back the amount but stopped responding after sharing bank details.

When I try to track about the status, a new executive promises that problem will be solved in 2 days. it is almost 2 months nothing has moved an inch.

Airtel Ombudsperson is a big joke. Never responds to any complaints....

Not sure what changes airtel has done my phone stopped working from saturday saying i do not have balance. I tried re-charging multiple time ranging from 100 to 1000 with no luck. airtel network barred

One of the worst network in india. We are facing lots of issues on our corporate numbers with this network provider even after our payments on time. Monthly two days our numbers are not working due to wrong billing from airtel team. Our marketing team is totally stuck because of call barring and network disconnection.

Lakhs and lakhs of losses during the month ends due to this idiotic network. On top of this, there is no response...
