I visited airtel store near by hanuman hotel sion there is help n desk there is a guy who sitting he actually resting there i asked him about airtel 93 plan detail but he provided me wrong information that this plan will not work in roaming i need to buy 199 plan for roaming and i told him to recharge that 199 plan so he says that it is not possible my system is not working
Actually every time i seen that airtel store employees response...

I was unable to send or recieve any messages to my number [protected] and i changed sms center number too which didnt work and i have sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.com. But i was replied with this mail is not authorised to the number and when i went for authorisation and registeration. They had send an otp to the number but as i was not receiving any messages i couldnt get the otp...

I had a wi-fi dongle for an internet connection from airtel; despite numerous requests, they never sent a paper bill for monthly usage of data; they used to send the last day threatening text message for paying the bill; while i was admitted to a hospital last august, as per their usual practice they did not send the bill & cut off the connection. I was using vodafone network. I decided to move on to airtel network and ported my number on 26th may 2018. On 30th may, i received a message my porting request has been approved. This is to bring to you notice is that we have requested for airtel iot sim cards 50 no's and have submitted all the required documents and also paid rs:-1500/- in advance. But till date we have not received the sim cards as well as no update regarding the same.

I did a prepaid recharge for my prepaid number on may 21, but the balance is yet to be credited in my account.
After trying for more than 1 week, airtel's facebook chat service mentioned about the amount got deducted for "value added service".
I never activated any value added services for my end. They have deducted money without consent which is very disappointing.

Why are are add extra charges in my airtel postpaid bill. Such a disgusting service. My bill plan 349 rs for one month but still my bill due 900 rs for the one month why. I am not understanding what has happened to airtel networks after the arrival of jio, i have been using airtel from last 10 years, but now i am switching into jio. @bharti - jio isn't taking your customer, you guys are yourself giving away.

In my home i am using 3 airtel sims in 3 mobiles. All these are not working since yesterday. I switched off, removed sim and then inserted it again, then turned it on, still no use. Seems some network down.

But it showing there's enough signal and internet is working, but phone calls are not happening. Its trying to connect and then ending the call.

I have ported to airtel recently.

At starting all was going fine.

But after 15 may, i am unable to receive sms sent from any other mobile.
My phone balance is ok.

I have already complain for the same but no action done yet, still waiting for reply

Without intimation mobistore service activated and deducted amount from my balance i didn't seen the message. So i called to customer they informed we are not refundable the amount. So i kept a port to another n/w. So my suggestion for all airtel customers don't kept balance in your account they deducted amount with out any intimation. And i asked for other airtel customers they are also getting same problem. So i think port is only option...

I have airtel prepaid sim card from mumbai circle using it from last 3 years without any issue, presently i am working in nagpur, from last 2 days its stop working it very difficult to understand that what is the problem and i visited nearest airtel gallery where it knows that it's problem of network from mumbai circle, all my work stop due to this issue.
