Hi sir/madam,
My airtel prepaid number is [protected].
For past 3 months am facing a problem in outgoing calls and sms.
Not even a single call or sms is going for me. Call gets disconnected immediately after dial-in i visited nearly 4 to 5 airtel customer service centre they are not able to fix my problem. I tried sim swapping for 3 times still issue persist. Could you please fix this problem for me. It would be great...

I recharged my airtel number with 499 rs through my airtel app the recharge was unsucceful money got debited from my bank account the company isnt refunding my money back and there is no transaction history for failed transaction in my airtel app. Again i tried recharging through phonepay there also the same problem

I did a recharge through airtel app for rs.399 today (29/05/2018) to a wrong number: [protected] instead of recharging the right number: [protected]. Can you please help me in reverting the recharge from the wrong number to the correct number: [protected] for the same amount 399.

Respected sir,
I recharged my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 27/05/18. Since it was a special recharge they transferred that balance to some dedicated account and not the main account. And when i called the customer support helpline, they refused to transfer that balance to my main account saying that this is not possible. Since, i am already having my number recharged with unlimited plan of 399 for 84 days which will expire...

I got a message in the early morning at 4.59 am from aa-airsep:

I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. Please overlook...

I have loaded money to airtel wallet with rs8700 and i taken 6700 by online card option but i cannot withdraw remaining 2000 by any option in airtel wallet.
I am getting error that your bank has detained the transaction while using online card.
They are cheating and costumer care is of no use and they are not solving it.

Despite so many communications, i receive a auto email that my number is disabled.
My and my wife's numbers are linked to adhaar card and they had balance in them. How can a number be disconnected without any intimation.

It would be helpful if you can enable my number. All my work in bank and other places is stuck as this is my linked number

I had done recharge of Rs.399 from airtel mobile app on 27th may 2018 at around 1:30 am ist, but money got deducted from my bank account and recharge transaction is failed..
My issue is its more than 24 hours and amount has not been refunded till now.

There is no 3g/4g network at all, to open website browsing it takes 2 minutes, earlier it was good, this situation is coming after we paying Rs .500/- for 84 or 90 days of 1 gb / 1.5 gb perday . Such a worst network and request you to take some action. Complaining this also taking almost more than a 30 minutes...
