refunding new broadband connection

Hi team,

I took airtel broadband connection on 14th may 2018 and i was promised that my connection will be installed the very next day and to do that they asked me to make the payment immediately. The sales person even called me 4 times to make the payment.

I made the payment immediately, but due to the delay of their installation i had to cancel the connection. I've mailed them so many times regarding canceling...

glamour zone service activated without my permission

I wonder how glamourzone service got activated on my mobile and they charged me rs. 35/week for 3 weeks. It was may 8th when the service got automatically activated. Later it is getting renewed automatically without my permission. I never reactivated it either. I am not even able to speak to the customer service executive since the number is unknown.

This is totally fraud. How could they even activate a service and charge without...

wow the best network in "not helping customer in right way"

mobile network & broadband connection

shifting the connection not done as request raised on 4th may

Hi team,

I have requested for connection transfer from my old address to my new address on 4th may and i am still waiting.

I have called customer service more than 8 times as of yesterday and also to couple of senior executives, my request status is still in progress.

I am not sure if even writing a complaint would help and also not sure how many more required here to get this request completed???br...

all lines are busy

I am using airtel service from more than 4 years. From last 2 weeks, the outgoing calls are getting terminated with a voice message "all lines are currently busy" and calls are getting connected a 10 trials. This is annoying and wasting a lot of time. Airtel is went down to worst telecom service in india. It is a nightmare to get connected to their customer for any help....

Sir/ madam, we had paid the full yearly plan of amount 9140 rs but the customer service is not good again there r sending top up balance message but there did not told about top up rupees 116 rs everey month to pay why should we pay i pay the top up balance total 813 and they disconnected the internet and phone calls. auto renewal subscription not getting unsubscribed

My Airtel mobile [protected]. I am aged 84 years. I recharged my mobile for 200 rupees at 5.05 pm on[protected], I received a message saying mobile has been recharged for 200rs and the balance is 200rs. network issue & calls

I am making complaint to the Airtel network team via Customer care and other means. I am Post paid customer of Airtel but Airtel only loots customers, donot provide better services. Airtel 4G is for only name, first network strength is very weak, if at all it comes good the speed works like 2G.

postpaid network issue and upgrade work
