Main balance deducted several time without my confirmation when I call 198 the support person says he couldn't returned deduct money back.

My Airtel TV (btw one of the most expensive but incompetent and pathetic service provider) is not working from last month. I had been contacting the customer care from a lot of time - instead of trying to help they try to show it was my fault - you should have contacted technician/customer care even though I followed up everytime. The service is still not working.

Once a technician came and told me you need to replace the cable...

I have an Airtel postpaid connection for past 1years. Everything is working fine but for the past 3 months Airtel charging me an incorrect billing. Also, the My Airtel App isn't working and updating properly. I've raised complaints with the customer care number severally but no resolutions found.

Also, recently I've raised an MNP request on 18th of March 2018 to port out my number from Airtel Postpaid to Vodafone Prepaid. But,...

Airtel at it again !!! They have looted as much as 200 rupees in 2 days without my consent.

I chose airtel because it is an indian company but regretting it now as network is damm poooooor people can not reach me, call drops.. I think airtel only invests money in tv and print advertisements and make false claims rather than investing in network improvement. Jio haa juat launched and giving amazing network to theirr users so what is the excuse airtel has now??? Will soon port if no action taken......

My complient is that airtel has a short range in my villege. The tower is situated atleast 10 km from my home
There is very poor network coverage around.

So large number of people dislike your network and change to airtel, vodafone
I like my airtel. So please take further steps to recover this problem.

Hi, i had recently requested to port a cellphone number from aircel to airtel as aircel company is shutting down and we have no other choice. The retailer had informed me that it will take 7 days for sim to be activated and also made a recharge of around 200rs but it's been 14 days and sim is still not activated.

But now i faced a big problem (Tower).in my area your's network signal is very bad. When we call any one (Airtel-vodafone or others) we can not hear one another. Now we cannot obey this.

We have 03 numbers of airtel. Before 4-5 days i have lost my phone in balaji yatra. Than your reputated store which is situated in new mandi, near jain sweet corner, muzaffarnagar not gave me duplicate sim of my no.[protected] due to not matched of biometric.

The store owner says that update ur biometric even u can't take duplicate sim & i will go to meerut head office than he will give me duplicate...

I am getting scholarship from government and is being transferred to airtel payment bank without my will, i want to close the account as soon as possible. I am desperate for closing my account. My educational scholarship is going to deposit soon and i dont want it to transfer to my airtel payments bank. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible....

This is a corporate plan 499Rs/- having 40GB per month. For April 2018, I never received 40GB data into my account and all I am left with is previous month's left over data i.e. 25GB
CURRENT PACK DATA is 0GB (No data credited to my account in April)
DO NOT SAY, that I consumed 15GB data in 4 days and 40GB data is already credited. I am attaching screenshots to prove 40GB was never credited...

Out of which the second number TV is not in operation for quite a long time and we are using only the first TV Dth service and are also paying regular monthly subscription for one base number @299/pm. I have complained 3 to 4 times about my network... I am not getting 4 g networks and i am unable to send text messages also... The worst network i have ever seen is airtel... You guys are going to have a very big loss in future if you don’t listen to their complaints and solve it... I am facing this issue since 2 months and every time ur cce says mam ur issue will be resolved in 7 days... I think u guys take 7 years to solve an issue....

In 2017 i have raised complaint for network issue. From that day to till today they have not solved the issue. They just saying network upgrade in going from last 9 months.

How this service activated...

I recharged throughz online for rs.399.. The amount has been deducted. But still my mobile is not reacharged.. Getting an message as your transaction failed.. But amount is been deducted... Your airtel mobile online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 399 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference. Its been to disgusting.. Most of the time i see my money iss been deducting but reacharge does not happen...

Raised request for shifting connection, where i was told it would be done within 1 day. After a week got a call from feedback team for feedback on closure of the ticket, the same happened 3 days regular in-spite i informed them that nothing has been done.

I took data card no [protected] with advance rental for 3500. Intial paid 3000 and 500 separately. Without checking i got calls and being charged another 540 with interest to pay 660. Now again i see charge of 118. When i emailed they reversed 118 and again asked about 660 got refund 620 only. I irritated and my line got disconnected in between for non payment.
