I have 2 Airtel numbers with Airtel money registered. My [protected] number is active and [protected] is inactive which is connected with bank accounts. With first numer I am not able to generate UPI, while the other is inactive. Kindly deactivate or delete my Airtel money/payment bank account linked with [protected]....

Activated rs.399/84 days prepaid plan on 11.02.2018.
After activation too many sms received, as i was busy couldn't read them properly, that too for various vas. On 12/02 my main account balance reached rs. 0.42 from rs.170 (Approx), then yesterday i recharged main account by rs.100/- and immediately several sms received towards vas, and my main balance again went to rs 0.42, further i didn't do recharge.

I have ported out my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel and the final message of porting came on 9th february, from then till today my sim is in emergency call mode and that was my official number. I am facing extreme trouble. I didn't expected this kind of service even before starting to avail it. I am highly disappointed with this.

I had travelled to dubai on 28.1.2018 and backed to india on 01.02.2018.

Bill payment on airtel website does not allow paise.

The reason online payment and transactions are made is to transact in paise and decimals. However airtel website has been build in a very clever way to cheat customers. Recently i purchased an Airtel 4g Dongle on 13th February 2017. I was promised that the sim would be activated on 24 hrs. It has been more than 24 hrs and the sim card is not working. I cant call anywhere or go out without wifi.
We have been calling customer care 5 - 6 times a day and each representative had his own story to tell. They cant help me.

As we use the internet frequently we cannot wait longer....

I had postpaid connection. Due to heavy bill, I converted it to prepaid.
Airtel issued prepaid sim which they said will be activated in 2 days.
Its almost one month and its not activated. Repeatedly complained about the issue at Airtel offices and also complained at customer care.

As discussed, agreed and confirmed by yourself and customer care representative Mr. Rahul i was given the confirmation for disconnection of my connection on 7th Dec 17. This is mistake done by Airtel for delay in disconnection of my connection, why the customer is being penalised, harassed and extra billing done for the delay in disconnection of my connection .

Kindly send me the revised bill till 7th...

It has been more than 2 months to til date, my debit credit issue has not been resolved.

Even after submitting all documents for verification they asked for bank statement which i have made transition on airtel money account, that bank statement i have submitted which doesn't make any sense that i should submit my bank statement for verification.

After all, i am tired now to call customer...

Court suspended the wallet facility of airtel but company countinously sending message that recharge with airtel wallet and get cash back but didn't inform there customer about wallet is suspended. L also use the wallet and they freeze my money. And they are not give my money back. I had send multiple mail but they are not interested in my problem....

I can not use money from my my airtel app's wallet because i forgot my mpin.

This is being a real trouble to me and after highlighting the same to Airtel's attention vide its DND complaint portal, there was no change in terms of such promotional messages being send by Airtel. Please look into matter....
