The internet is not working at our residence premise (Number[protected] for over 3 months now. The first complain given was on 3rd of november and the issue is not solved yet.
They make false commitments of solving the issue within 24 hours every time we call them, which is still not solved yet. Also, their technicians do not visit the premise even when promised that their technician will be visiting. It has happened 6-7 times...

Myself sivaramakrishna. I am using airtel postpaid ([protected]) since 1year. My bill plan is 349 (Unlimited calls+300sms+3gb data). I got added 540mb data from last month but i got a bill 787.05. Last month also same complaint. And one more issue about network i raise a complaint in december 2016 about network issue in hyderabad. Since i didn't rectified. What is this. It is very worst i have seen. And also suddenly call dropping issues....

From 30-40 days i am hardly able to make any calls. Every time i try calling, i am hearing a lady saying all lines are busy in all languages. I try calling at least 7-8 times and if i am lucky then my call will get connected. On a daily basis, i am spending at least 30 mins trying connecting itself.
From 4 days i stopped using normal calls and was only using whatsapp calls. Thanks to whatsapp,

Unauthorized deductions have been made towards my mobile no xxxxxx3420 despite despite my scheme of free calls my balance has been reduced from 59.20 to 42.30
Similarly rs 89.17 has been reduced to about 17.21 paise despite no calls been made in phone no xxxxxx6724 in the name of my wife.

Air-tel is synonymous with cheating when i opted and charged my phone no xxxxxxx420 with plan of rs399/-on 13/8/17 my data plans were...

Airtel compny add extra internet charges since june-july2017. And i have used all free data as they show in my airtel app. Even till date this app show me 27gb free data. But when i use this data this fraud company charge me. These happen all these month. All time i have to complain in this and ask for waver. That is bull # to spend time for this every month. And they do same for also my other cards too....

Maine 2 january 2108 ko airtel.in se 2gb 3/4g data ke liye recharge kiya lekin data nahi mila. 198 par bat hui to kaha ki ye international roaming plan hai jo activated hua hai. Parantu waha ye nahi likha hai ki ye international roaming plan hai aur kaha ki offer check karen fir recharge karen.

I am writing this post requesting to you please reset mpin and send me, as my airtel payment account has been blocked. I even don't remember the setting up the mpin. Done recharge of 199/ for all free calls including roamimg call as it is showing in my airtel app in best offer for me, but now it's charging call cost when i am calling from roaming. Its happening second time with me airtel making full, i m leaving airtel. When u r showing offer on my airtel app and even after recharge i got message from airtel about benefit of recharge done like unlimited local std and roamimg call with 1gb data per day...

Hi i have recharged my airtel mobile [removed] number for rs.349 through my sbi mobile banking. Recharged did not happened but amount debited from my bank account. Transaction ref no [uh30583732].
