I had placed an order recently on ask me grocery. Com they always say item not in stock. Every time we use a promo code they cancell the order. A fraud company. The same thing happens with askmebazaar. Com also. They did not ship my product till 20 days after using diwali spin the wheel prom code and cancelled the order without any intimation after 20 days. Before customer care told product available and will be delivered in 10 working days...

Against order no AMBAL[protected] placed on 19th Nov delivered on 21st Nov from ask me grocery.com through online, an expired packet of Jeera 100gm was sent, image attached. Details of Jeera packet is mentioned below.

I have confirmed from my banker that amount of 2629.20 has been claimed by YOU on 11.10.15 whereas order by me was placed on 9.10.15. But neither you have sent me delivery nor you have refunded the amount.I have called up your helpline no umpteen no of time for refund of my amount, they say you will receive call back in one hour, but except on 17.10.15 when call came and got disconnected, never any call had come. I have not been refunded...

I have try to purchase grocery from http://www.askmegrocery.com on 20th September 2015. payment was detected from my kotak credit card but purchase id have not generated. this is my transaction id 012972. I called many time in customer care on this no +[protected]. executive told me that you will receive call from concern department in 24hrs. My last complain no is[protected]. But, till now I have not received any call or amount return....

Recently I have ordered an order for groceries worth Rs.2458.50. The payment is done through my credit card via PayuMoney on 28 Sep 2015. The money is deducted without any confirmation of order. I have not received any confirmation email or sms regarding the order placed. I contacted their customer care no [protected] several time but there is response from them. Kindly look into this matter and refund my sum of money which is. Rs2458.50....
