Refund of policy

Hi
I brought a Bajaj Allianz Goal Assure policy from policy bazaar on 19 march. However on 22 March I decieded to revoke and not to go ahead with this policy.
I have raised refund from policy bazaar as well as bajaj allianz but nothing has been done till now. I wrote emails also but there is no proper response.

I request to give my money back. the policy seller person told 100 % refund within 30 days.

I have a Bajaj Allianz future gain policy for which I pay premium of 2500 rs per month through Citibank credit card ccsi on 22nd of every month. For November 2020 double premium deducted on 23rd (2500 rs) & 24th (2500 rs) november.
