Insurance claim against my Iphone XR

Address:A1, Block-C, Aashirwad Nagar, Near Anushree Vatika, Shobhagpura, Udaipur(raj.)

I filed a claim against my insurance on Iphone XR. Which was filed on 8th October 2020 and as per the company’s T&C it was to be resolved in 28 working days and it is already 7th August 2021 and I already submitted all the documents online and also hard copy. And when I called them today, they told it is closed....

FUTURE PLUS scheme

The agent who visited promised me 12 to 15 % annual return on my investment and told me that I need to only pay once and I paid 1.5 lakhs. But almost after one year, i checked the fund and noted that instead of getting a return, my fund value became about 1 lakh. Straight away loss of 50k. Its a huge loss for me over a period of 1 yr.

Unethical Business Practices

Regarding non renewal of motor policy

My first party motor insurance expired on 26/05/2021. I have made a payment of Rs. 1055 on 21/05/2021 to renew the policy. I have contacted customer care several time but of no use. I have submitted every sort of information they needed. I have also mailed my RC along with filled up Digital Customer Form on their request but till now don't get my updated policy yet. Product not repairing

Most Pathetic Service
I logged complaint for AC cooling, it was major gas leakage issue, for which firstly the technician took 6 days to come and after that on the visit they say that they don't have cooling coil they complain in Panasonic and now they are nt coming from 2 days
If they don't have equipment they complain to company and they are saying now it will take 1 month more...

Company cancelled the policy with my request in the month February. And my money was also setteled. Everything completed.
Now without my permission without my concern they reactivated it. And the painful thing is they initiated e mandate of 10000 Rupees. This is completely cheating and misusing of e mandate.
Please cancel the E mandate request and cancel the Bajaj policy....

Bike insurance

Purchased a bike insurance. The insurance was never registered on the vahaan portal as mandated by government. When I tried to find out I realised they have erroneously entered my registration number. After making atleast 50 calls and 40 mails, they have still not been able to resolve my issue. Pathetic insurance company...

claim status is changing from MEDICAL ASSESMENT (Investigation) to QALITY REVIEW again and again after approving claim Amount Of 24, 678/- (Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Eight Only) on 15th May 2021. Every day calling at customer care, mailed to all authorized persons at all levels.. but no response from them.

Refund of duplicate policy

Duplicate policy was genarated during the renewal of my car insurance.
Called them through the customer care on 05th of Feb 2021. The duplicate policy was cancelled immediately. The refund is still being processed. Whenever i call them, there is no proper update. Policy scam targeted to fresh graduates

In 2011, when I just started working, I created a salary account with Citibank and the guy offered me a Bajaj Allianz insurance policy with 8.5% YOY returns and 4 year maturity period.
Since then, a 1500Rs amount has been deducting from my bank account every month and it's been 10 years.
