I ordered a pack of 3 full sleeves sweaters by eprilla, on 24/dec/2015, (Order no.1036474) which was delivered on 01/01/2016 for amounting rs.1298/- but the product was not as shown on the tv, as it was so thin to use in the winter, so, i returned the same on 04/01/2016 via ondot courier no.[protected]. By 16/feb/2016 they are still saying please wait its in progress.

I had ordered shawls with order number 994337 (costing Rs. 1200.00). The quality of the product was not good hence, I courier the product to their warehouse (the address was mentioned on the package, Plot no.6 k no. 1729/512 MIN, 1, 4 Fatehpur Beri Near PNB Bank, Delhi-74). The DTDC dept. charged me rs.360.00 for the courier (ref number Z7752998).

I ordered (#1049495) an mobile combo accessories pack from 'best deal TV'. It was defective. I had called them and told that it needs to be replaced and sent back to them through Courier (DTDC Conc. # M[protected]. They have received it on 15-Jan-2016. Its been 30 days from that I have not received the replacement. when ever I call to complain department they are not giving proper response.
This people are not planning...
