I placed an order at Big Bazaar City Square Mall Jaipur (Rajasthan, India) on 11th May 2021, using the big bazaar mobile application and did online payment of Rs. 971/-. The order was supposed to be delivered by 12 PM on 12th May 2021. The delivery didn't arrive and was taking longer. Also, it didn't show any change in the status after confirming the order.

I had to cancel my order on 13th May 2021. I...

Today (15.05.2021) I placed order at mid night but they do not placed my order that time, also deducted money from my account. Then in morning they placed my order and showed that order will deliver in between 8 am to 10 am. After 10 am I called customer care number[protected]. The customer care service said that they will deliver within next 2 hours . But they don't. Again I try to reach the customer care service but at this time the...

I have ordered on 13th May on big bazaar online and supposed to deliver on 14th May by 10AM.

But still not delivered, please look into the issue.

Big Bazar is cheating customers. I ordered some items but they failed to supply. Already 7 days has gone by, but nither I have the refund of my paid amount o any information of action taken regarding.
The concerned retail shop at Birati, from where the Items were scheduled to be supplied is rudely behaved on phone and denied to take any responsibility in this matter. I repeatedly mailed to their customar...

I placed an order for emergency groceries to be delivered. Big Bazaar's app falsified delivery time and date. Didn't deliver the next day either. When I finally cancelled the order, the refund has not been initiated until now....

I have bought a Product from Big bazar on dated 9 May, 2021 and done payment through online and had set the time delivery slot which was showing same date delivery of s product, It was getting very late and I didn't get any notifications about tracking and process of the order as the product is needed urgent so I Decided to cancel my order and initiate my refund back but after I cancelled it, they still haven't refunded my amount back. This has reference to order no. [protected]. This order was placed on 6th of May 2021 at Ashiyana Lucknow from BB Phoenix mall with a promise of delivery on 6th May 4 to 6 pm. But till date i have not received the order. I have tried calling the store but the number is not working. There is no update from BB as well . This is very frustrating and unprofessional .

I ordered few items from Big Bazaar app yesterday and the scheduled time was 8 am to 10 am. still the product status is showing as confirmed only from yesterday night and no packed or dispatched status is there. Tried to call customer service for a number of times. Emailed also but no response. I have paid online.

Please please look into the status and matter because things are urgent. Either deliver it or refund my money...
