I had placed an order on Bizbazar app, and made the payment of rs -/500 on 7th May.

But the amount has been deducted without my order ID.I had checked there have no order placed in regards to my payment.

I need my money to be refunded back to my account.

Late delivery/No refund

Hi,
My order was not delivered according to the scheduled slot, hence had cancelled my order.
The payment was already made for the order.
In BigBazaar app it shows refunded but have not received any amount yet.
Kindly look into this.

Order #[protected] status as per website is delivered. But this order is not yet delivered and it is pre paid order. I have written multiple email to [protected]@bigbazaar.com and raise an issue on the website but there has been no response....

I was joined bigbazar profit club card system. Amount paid Rs 5000 at bigbazar Pune Maharashtra Hinge wadi branch.

I couldn't use this card due to covid 19 lockdown.
But now this card status is not available.

Order cancellation and refund

I have made an order 5156 rs from big bazaar and paid the amount online. The order was expected to be delivered next day but big bazaar has cancelled the order and there is no one to contact with. They don't have functional customer care numbers and it is impossible to contact them. The refund if my money got stuck....

Order not Delivered but showing as delivered

Order id :[protected]
I have placed online order on 5th May and delivery was expected by 6th May. Since then till today morning it was showing as order packed. So there was already a delay of 3 days. I kept on calling @[protected] for clarification, but it never got connected.

Nobody called me, no status mails or alert, nothing. The order value was initially of 980.10 Rs, which was modified by Big Bazaar due to unavailability...

I made an order of amount 1844.40 to be delivered on 8th May 12:00pm -04:00pm slot.
I did not receive the order yet. On the app it's shown that the order is in transit. Also some item is shown as cancelled and the amount is now shown as 1782.40. I haven't received any refund.

I tried calling the customer care but no one picked up and when I tried the store number (Big Bazaar, Nucleus mall, Maradu) it said the number...

Delivery and refund issue

Order has not been delivered

I had placed an order on 8th of May, 2021 for a delivery scheduled for the same day at Big Bazaar Howrah (Avani mall) in Kolkata.
I have already made the payment though digital wallet.
I have not received any delivery yet. Not even a call from them for the delay.
I need a refund back.
Do it asap....

I bought some goods by Big Bazaar App on May 7, I had a problem making payments while shopping.Anyway, the payment order was taken after that, after that the order was to be delivered on the same day.But today it has been more than 30 hours, so far no information has been given as to what happened next or what will happen.I spoke to a customer representative of Future Group. His attitude was also not good

Order placed but not delivered

I have placed an order with big bazar Howrah avani Mall order number #[protected]

The order is not being delivered and none of the customer care numbers are working.Please refund my money or else deliver the order.This type of cheating and fraud is not acceptable....

I was doing payment of some goods from big bazaar online app.On 4th May 2021 amount has been deducted from account and showing status of transferred transaction of 505.25 to Future pay. But future pay wallet is showing zero balance till now.No one is there to pick up customer care call for hours. I wrote about it on their customer care email id- [protected]@futurepay.co.in
and support mail id [protected]@futurepay.co.in
but emails id's...

Product not delivered and customer care not picking up

I placed an order online (Order ID[protected] on bigbazaar using the future pay app on 6th May 2021, the delivery was scheduled on 7th May 2021 before 11 am. The product has not been delivered yet as well the customer support number is not working. I have mailed as well regarding this issue but to my dismay, have not received anything back. This very unprofessional service is not expected from the future pay group and it's surely affecting...

Hi,

I have made the UPI payment from my phone pay wallet account and

Transaction reference no.is T2104242049208580203679

On 24th April and the money didn't get credited to my future pay wallet as I needed to pay for an order of groceries but still it is not refunded back to my account yet.

I am gonna have to file a consumer Court complaint in this regard if no action is taken...
