I am a HDFC Bank customer and using netbankig and got offer in netbankig and ordered Spyker Bag of rupees 399/ and sling bag Rs 399/- but received an email that payment has not been done, but my account was deducted with Rs 941/-...

I am a HDFC customer. I received an offer in Offers section of my net-banking portal regarding Spykar items and the offer was from an E-Com site, https://360inex.com. I ordered a men's and ladies watch and bags on 11 th Dec 2021 (Order #BLU018781). I received my order confirmation email. I paid Ts. 706.82 through HDFC net-banking. The company said that they will send the tracking number soon but till date I have neither received my order...

I received new credit card from ICICI Bank as provided one offer for purchase from 360 in ex and I had ordered . But still no response from site and receive mail as under..

Now no response from site...

How ICICI Bank can give such fraud company offers with their...

I received a sms from eureka forbes regarding a spykr gift for renewal of AMC.

In that link there were many spykr items with lower fares so I ordered it but after paying it threw an error on website, I didn't receive any receipt or order number even after my payment is done.

This is a serious issue as you are taking money from customer and not delivering the output.

Please look...
