Our broad band user id is[protected] and the associated telephone number is 30601565.The telephone is out of service since 26.11.2008.We have sent regular mails to customer care and every time we have got the same response i.e."The matter has been referred to respective wing.But, the telephone continues to be out of service.Kindly arrange to restore the connection....

My computer hd had to be formated due to certain reason .in this prosses airtel net express
