I have wrote mail to the SBI lower parel branch regarding not reced mt AMT card.

I m attaching herewith details of mail copy & tracking details....

It has been 6 months since i applied for renewal of passport. All the documents has been submitted but there has been no progress at all.

Dated 1st aug 2015 during paying fee of passport on single ARN double money debited, money debited of one of succeed transaction as well as of failed transaction
i was complaint on sbi 's customer care email id and also my bank that is central bank of india but none of these are listening to me
as my ARN no is 15-[protected]
i wants to refund my money as soon as possible
so please kindly register my complaint...

Dear sir, I am Gourab dey.I applied for a fresh passport through online process on 23.01.2015.I submitted the required documents to my nearest PSK office on 27.02.2015.Then police verification done 11.05.2015 .But now when i am checking my status, it shows that pending for physical police verification to your respective thana.Then I contacted to the police and he said that he sent my documents on 15.05.2015.Please look after the matter...

I was issued a passport under tatkaal scheme during the year 2012 August and later in september the police called me to the station. He later said that he will come for verification later. He never came and we tried to follow up by visiting the station. It was of no use as he was not there. Then i had to leave for abroad for 3 months and i came back. this year. I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PASSPORTPORT APPLICATION WITH SUFFICIENT FEES ON 08.8.2012. MY FILE NO. CA 01W[protected]. Sir,
I am a student, from Gwalior (M.P.) and I have to appear for GRE exam which needs passport during the entrance of examination hall. Its already the 5th month now since I have submitted the form. I have been already confirmed by the S.P. of Gwalior that my file had been sent to Bhopal, but there is no response from the Bhopal Passport Office...

I have aplied passport for my wife on 28th January 2010, after that police verification also done but till now not received the passport. its been almost 7 months passed. I have also emaild RPO Kolkata and APO New Delhi but no possitive response received yet. I am very upset on the passport services....
