I own RIM 9324347846. Reliance had subscribed on my mobile VAS service called Love Poem. They have charged more than Rs. 2000 for the same. I have requested the company for refund, but they have not yet provided the same.

I have been requesting Reliance to send soft copy of the bill (postpaid - 09379547422) to my mail id.
