Samsung / Microwave - Some Parts needs to be changed

We have purchased my Microwave 5-6 months back from Next store, Tilak Nagar. Now from last month our microwave is not working and we lodged a complain in service centre. on 9th Dec one of the engineer visited our house and told us 3 parts needs to be changed as they are not working. Till now after so many follow ups still we are getting a response that part are not available.

I think people should not buy any Samsung product as their after sales service is very very poor. No matter if you escalate your problem to their senior person still your problem will remain same....
