I have invested a lot in this Shree OmSai Nath company but since last three months not getting any cheque from them. Everyday when I call to them, either they don't answer and if they do they just say next week u will get in into ur account thru ECS facility.

Payments Stopped & Offices Closed
The company M/s Shree Om Sai Nath Car on rent ltd having head office in Mumbai.It is also having its regional office in Delhi at Naurang house,5th floor, K.G. Marg , Connaught place.
The company has stopped the Chequs of its investors and closed it Delhi office on 10/11/09.All its staff has either switched off their mobiles or are not picking up the phones.

Unconfirmed information says there was a hearing on 27 Jan and now there will be a further hearing on 30 Jan 2010 and all probability of Bail/release.

Mr. Rupesh Verma was presented ACJM - 2 court in Jaipur today .His lawyer from Delhi Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh was also present in court . I was also present in the court , to my surprise his lawyer did not apply for his bail and Mr.Rupesh Verma was sent to Judicial custody till 8 th Feb .

It is very good to unite & make an investor forum in cities of SOSN investors. We at delhi are been misguided by police & lawyers to file complaints against Mr. Roopesh Verma & SOSN so he is not able to come out on bail or altogether the case gets dismissed on the basis of lack of evidence.

I am one of the investor in SOSN from OCT 09. I have reeceived a monthly return only for NOv 09 and for Dec 09 the check was not cleared saying the funds are insufficient.

So what can be done to get the money back out of it? Can any one suggest the way for all of the investors.

I have gone to a holy place near Thane district, Shirdi & Pune to pray on behalf of every investor to get his returns/profit from SOSN. Unfortunately due to some time constraints I was not able to visit mumbai office but I have gone to Pune office which anyway was not sealed but closed.
