Initially when I did look into the website, your sales team first of all bombarded me with calls and everything. Promised me that on the joining fee of 15, 000 rs, I will get 5k back which will be then a block fee of 10k. Every lead might not be a possibile conversion. Sales agents might need to understand and should stop being annoying and rude. Diplomatically when the consumer/lead rejects an offer, sales executive should respect the lead.

I am was looking for a Doctorate course and UpGrad approached me on 28 March stating that they have a good course being offered by the Swiss School of Business Management (SSBM) and the degree would be offered by the University of Zagreb.
