I am one of the whole seller in Vijayawada. Recently I have purchased some cases of Rs.45 Cadbury F&N for reselling. When I opened the Rs.45 Cadbury F&N Cases I found MRP 45 on Inner boxes but, MRP 40 on products and I found 2 Inner Boxes in every case like this.I'm getting number of calls from my all sub wholesale customers which who purchased from me. I'm losing my Shop reputation Due to this issue. I'm attaching some photos for reference....

I have a complaint regarding Cadbury dairy milk silk mrp 160
When j opened it was looking fully white colour rather than coffe and its taste was so bad...

I had purchased a box of cadbury daily milk chocolate worth rupees 1080 from my nearby shop on 20/12/21 for my niece birthday. But I found all chocolate in the box spoiled and looks like some bacteria present in the chocolate.
Please resolve my problem....

Mondelez India does not even have any complaint handling procedure. My health condition has fallen due to their unhealthy chocolate and they do not even care for handling complaint. One person company who does not even have a senior official to respond to complaint. Will drag you to court....

We purchased your product on 16th Dec 21 and when we opened it we found only 5 pieces of cakes out of 6 (as mentioned on your product box).
It was very disappointing to know that such a renowned company made this mistake while packaging.
Such type of mistakes can surely spoil your company's goodwill....

Cadbury company is playing with customers life. I bought Cadbury celebrations from Raipur, CG Shop. Complete chocolate set is rotten. However in the date is not expired. I have kept few packets intact so that I can show you. Not sure what is the provision in this case. This is completely risk with life and wastage of money. Strict action should be taken against these companies....

The bar code which I have above is the chocolate of fruit and nut. It have rotten nuts which spoiled the taste of chocolate

It's been more than two weeks of ordering customised Cadbury pack but still I didn't get any updates about the order. I have sent many complaint letters but no reply. I expect order status....

I've purchased gems minis which contains very less quantity than supposed to be and some mini contains nothing......

I purchased a chocolate Dairy Milk Silk Fruit and Nuts from Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh). When I unwrapped it, the condition of chocolate was visually abrupt which does not go with normal appearance of Cadbury chocolates. It's of strange color, breaking into small fragments and very bad in taste. I could not even had one good bite of that and feeling uneasy since then.

Its very sad to say that cadbury celebration pack (2 daily milk, a 5 star & 2 gems) was delivered to me on 8th December'21. The pack outside showing the expiry date as 03/22. And when my spouse consumed, she found the taste and texture of product as stale and unusual. The irony is when we checked the expiry at individual products, it was different from the celebration pack, 06/22.

How come such product...

Hello Cadbury India, I bought a Rs.5 Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate from a local store yesterday(02/12/2021) and it was shocking that i had found a worm inside. It was really disgusting and disappointed. It was packed on 08/21 19:29....

Its shaded half chocolate white in colour. And became lika a powder. And it's very dirty...
