Failed Online Transaction

This is the first time when I paid my Electricity Bill online on 25.02.11 by using AXIS Bank Debit Card. After clicking on the Pay button the message came somewhat like "No response from the the Bank" and there was no acknowledgement received whether the payment has been received or not by CESC.
