I placed an order on 7th oct, 2020 from Amazon but due yo some issue order was cancelled . Refund of Rs 565 was successfully processed by Amazon and Refund Reference number is 74766510289041364450018 but it is not yet reflected into my bank account. Please look into it....

ATM machine shown your card is invalid
but ruppees gone from my account. I didn't get cash....

While transferring rs 1500 amount to someone's paytm wallet via my debit card but txn got failed and amount deducted. It's 11th day of deduction but amount is still not refunded...

I am an NRI and needing to use my account for making transactions but not getting OTP on my number.
