My name is vishal ashok salve and I had ordered a backpack of rs. 1343 in Amazon on purchase date on 24 November and I return this product due to personal reason. And on dec 09 Amazon initiated amount to my account but I still didn't get the money Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian bank have no such policy. So kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent

I'm having a saving account in your bank which I want to close. When we go to home branch they say i have taken some finance but I have cleared it all .continuously I'm trying this process from 1 year but could not close my account. Dear Sir/Mam I have complaint about staff of central bank they argue with customers and not listining to us and they are not doing our work and make excuses for that we our getting so many problems related to your banks as I had gone to bank for the entry of my passbook but they have rejected by saying that our internet is not working or other excuses oue humble request is there is please that strict action against them...

This has been high seen when bank staff find customers high aging or find they are not well physically.

These gangs start working to mishandle most important old documents and try to acquire there hard earned money by misleading at multiple points manipulating central bank process.

For which 99% customers are un aware.
