I booked a ticket for a 10:15 AM show on 18 Apr 2015 in Cinepolis Bangalore through my Credit card. Later due to Bandh in Bangalore it looks like the shows are cancelled till 6 PM on 18th. But till now there is no information from cinepolis about the show cancellation. Bookings are also blocked for all shows before 6 PM. I've already paid using my CC and have the confirmation. I sent an email to [protected]@cinepolisindia.com but no response...

On 12 april i had book 3 online tickets but when i print the ticket using your kiosk, there is misprint of the date on the ticket it prints 4 dec 2015, as a result of which and of your staff i miss 30 min initial part of the movie. I want refund of my money or issue voucher for 3 tickets as per my convenient movie, date and time....
