[Resolved]  India Post Speed Post — Non delivery of important documents

my brother is send one cover speed post dated 26/11/2008 from gangashahar bikaner pin code 334401 speed post receipts no- SP EE[protected]IN

I made a Money Order for Rs 5000/- from Sector 19 Post Office Noida on 22 Nov., 2008. The dealing person asked me to send it by speed post, I agreed and paid Rs 12 /= extra. Its irony that till today i.e. 4th Dec. 2008, the MO has not reached to the destination ( Jethwara Post Office, Distt. Pratapgarh, U P ). The receipt no. is EU[protected]IN dated 22.11.2008. After a week i.e. on 29th Nov . 08 I cotacted the Post Office, where I came to know that the MO is traceable to Raibareli. I was asked to contact to Speed Post Office at Sectoe 16, NOIDA. The Manager got verified from the computer and told that it will reach Pratapgarh soon. Today, one more week is passed but the Mo is still not reached. Will the higher official take any interest to look into the matter ? I am deeply hurt with this act of our Postal Department. I am seriously thinking to make a written complaint to the Minister of Communication, The Divisional Managers, Potal Deptt and many more higher authorities.

Till today i have not recived any confirmation

I sent registered posts on 20/11/2008. The post number are RLAD D 3704. Till now, it is not tracable. I request you to trace it and let me know when it will be received and delivered or has it been recevied or not.

I have despatched a speed post on 12.12.2008, speed post no.EE[protected]IN from Telco Colony works to WBJEE application form. But till date and time it is shown article bagged from Kolkata Airport on 13.12.08.but no delivery repoert still shown.

Indian EMS Speed Post is useless. I booked an article from Kharagpur to USA on 11 Dec 2008, and it was untraceable till 19 Dec 2008. On inquiry, the attitude of postal staff is frustrating. They always say the same thing: " We will do something by evening". No results after making 100 phone calls. Even reaching officers on their mobile numbers is useless. They are all the same people. I am exploring the option of reporting these people to the Central Vigilance Commission. These people deserve nothing but being sacked. I pledge not to trust the India government anymore. They are nothing but robbers, who rob the taxpayers of their money, and the people who use the Indian Postal services (like me) are worst patriotic fools, who are wasting their time.

But this behavior had one positive effect, I am an IITian, and was optimistic about staying and working in India after my studies abroad (whose application material my package had). Now the goal is clear :)

Past is Past, I shall forget it, invest some more money on DHL, FedEx or TNT and always boycott Indian Postal System.

My advice to people using speed post:
Use courier, unless you are bound to use this [censored]ng service, due to some compulsion by the government of India.

My article no is "EK[protected]IN" I send it through speed post from Bangalore to Gwalior but in the movement I can see is 1st it was packed for Gwalior then after reaches to Balosore, 2nd from Balosore to Baripada and again to Balasore I donot know the reason why, please do take nesessary action ASAP sothat my article should reach to proper person.

However till date the item has not been delivered. More to this while trying to track down the article thrrough net it shows the no is invalid or data not available. I have already sent mail to look in to the matter.

My important Document ( AIEEE application) is yet to be received at CBSE Delhi. I Have posted it by Speed Post on[protected]. And last date for reception of application is 10-01-09 i.e. tomorrow.

A speed post containing important document was send to me by Mr. Tanya Goel, Janakpuri, Delhi on 31/12/2008 numbered RLC[protected]IN . But till date I have not received the mail . The speed post tracking system was unable to track.

Ltd.Branch Office HDFC, SL Indore SS Road, Ist Floor, 19/1 Sneh nagar, Sangeeta Sapna Main Road, Above bank of Baroda, INDORE Pin-452007. The documents are not received by the HDFC till now. Net Tracking shows that the policy is deleverd on 17th Dec08 but still office beares are not in a position to say about it to whome the post deliver.
