i am new user of reliance communications, i am not able to make international calls, and my balance is deducted without making any calls, the customer care centres are helpess, i hav tried all the neccessary steps to call in gulf country, but its not working...

please look into the matter, revert to me, ASAP..

Reliance Communications — DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE NOT ACTIVATED

Sir,
I am a reliance prepaid customer. I am getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile. They told that it will take 45 days to get it activated. Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.

Reliance Communications — cheating people

Nine months back Reliance land phone marketing people came to my apartment and offered intercom facility only for rs50 per month, and collected 500rs for phone from 10 flats but still now there is no connection and no response from them. How can we get back the amount from the worst service providers.

i have recieved a call on 12 th of august that if i will get my mobile[protected] recharge by rs 125or above i will get lifetime validity &rs 50 onnet talktime. after this i recieved sms for the same scheme from no [protected]. after this i confirmed the scheme on *333 and then got my mobile recharge by rs125. after so much of confirmation the customercare executive is now saying i am not elegible for the scheme. so who will pay for it, . i still have that sms in my inbox.

I TRAVEL FROM YELAHANKA NEWTOWN TO JALAHALLI CROSS DAILY. THE BUS NO 401-A, WHICH GOES FROM YELAHANKA TO PEENYA 2ND STAGE I DO NOT KNOW THE VEHICLE NUMBER . DEPARTURE TIMING IS AT 8.10 AM . THE BUS CONDUCTOR AND DRIVER ARE FOLLOWING IRREGULAR TIMING AND NOT STOPPING BUS PROPERLY IN THE BUS STOP. DUE TO THIS MIS BEHAVIOUR LOT OF PASSENGERS ARE FACING PROBLEM. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST CONCERNED DEPARTMENT TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE BUS CONDUCTOR AND THE DRIVER.I HOPE THESE KIND OF COMPLAINTS BMTC SHOULD NOT GET IN THE FUTURE

Reliance Communications — Non Settlement

On my request, Reliance disconnected my telephone. reliance owes me money to the extent of Rs 2000/- which they collected at the time of giving the connection 5 years ago. Now they are not responding. Just give stock replies. I do not know when shall I get my deposit and settlement. My no. is [protected]. I do not recommend that you get Reliance mobile. They never attend to customer grievences. They concentrate on selling/new connections
A Suffering Customer
I have also experienced the same problem. They have set the caller tune without my request and have charged me for it too..What can be done to recover the money, de-acivate the tune and prevent such occurences in future? please advise

Reliance Communications — Mobile bill increases , even not using mobile

My Mobile number is [protected] it is prepaid mobile life time incomming, but it is observed that by even not using phone billing is now. For testing purpose, I did not top up the card, now bill show minus Rs 27 and it going on increasing, when I top up my balance it cut it down.

My cell number is [protected] .It is registered in my brother's name Anil kumar joshi, dewahi(pahara), mirzapur.Number of reliance company offers for its services come to my cell many times in a day.As i delite it come again.My inbox has limited space so some time it is full of your offers and there is no space for others.So please stop this type of masseges on my number.

Reliance Communications — unauthorised activation of background music

my mobile number is [protected].

3rd sept 2008 night a single sms cost me Rs21/-
While enquiring in customer care they said 20 rs has been deducted for your background music.
but the thing is i have never activated the background music. i have got the call on 2nd sept.2008 informing me about the offer i have got for activating the backgrond music but i clearly said that i will think of it.
i never activated the background music and never confirmed of activating it, neither i called 56100 for activating background music.
in such circumstances how can my background music is activated?
who authorised the company to activate my background music and charge 20 rs?

Reliance Communications — absolutely worst network

this complain is being registered from Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand .
Bokaro Steel Plant has subscribed relience phone on behalf of all its employees. but till today this facility hasnt worked out because of exteermly bad netwotk, which is quite unexpected from a reputed company like relience. our relience phone has an absolute devastating network and we are never able to communicate via that phone. it becomes eceptionally difficult to talk to my parents who stay at a long distance...the network system is required to be more clear.
kindly look into the matter soon.

i completely agree to this comment, i had wasted my valuable time for these, i too played these game and scored 540 points, still there is a no reply from there end. Yes they should be taken to the consumer court for cheating priority customers.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — dead of phone

my phone no. is[protected]. within last 10 days this phone is dead. i have written lots of complaint regarding dead of my phone from my cell to customer care. he said your phone will be ok within 48 hours times. but till date (i.e. 12.09.08) my phone is dead. on that date now i have written a complaint regarding my dead phone. he asked me same thing your telephone will be ok within 48 hours time.
