[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected],
I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009
I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.

i want my number [protected] of Aircel to be deactivated ASAP.. the sim was misplaced few months ago and i found out today that it is being used by someone else in Kolkata.. it's my urgent request to deactivate the above number which is registered under the name of Narayan Ch. Sarkar.. Thank you..

Aircel pocket internet is really a cheating and nothing else. Once you have started the sevice there seems to be no way to get rid of this hell other than paying off Rs. 14 per day till the time you have left with Balance in your account. They'll ask you to call *234# to disconnect but there you will see further more [censored]ing services offered and no way of getting rid of "POCKET INTERNET". Only thing one can do is wait and see his account getting emptied helplessly and opt for other service provider with new connection

Dear Sir,

The downloading as well as surfing speed of net is very poor when i connect my mobile with pc it gives only 2.5 kbps, my no. is [protected].

Aircel — Aircel Outgoing facility

Aircel cellular service is very poor. I paid my phone bills. The next day they cut the outgoing facility. I struggled a lot and finally reached the customer service. After two hour it was enabled.


Next day same thing happened. again they cut the outgoing facility. i kept trying to get line to customer support. really i am getting frustration with their support. line is always busy.

How careless they are, they do not have proper records. how they can cut the facility. one time is ok, by mistake. how it wil happen again.

i am planning to throw all my aircel products
This is a strange case. I guess there is some technical error. I would suggest to visit the nearest company store and discuss it with them, they will help you out

karib 1.5 month pahle mere paas aircel ke marketing deppt. se [protected] no. par call aayi ki sir hum aapke no. par dialer tone ki facility de rahe hain, par isse jyada puchhne se pahle phone kat gaya 2-3 din ke baad mere IInd no. par same call aayi, tab maine unko beeth mein rok kar kaha ki mujhe ye facility ki jaroorat nahi hai aur jo aapne 2-3 days pahle [protected] par service di hai wo bhi nahi chahiye. usne kaha theek hai aur ph kat gaya tab 3-4 din ke baad mere pahle wale no. se apne aap balance katne laga phir customercare no. par baat kar ke maine unko bataya to un logo ne kaha ki aapki complained note kar li gayi hai jaldi hi aapka jo balance kata hai wo wapis ho jayega. lekin 7 days tak iska koi solution nahi hua aur phir se [protected] par wahi mkt. call aayi to maine usko kaafi daanta aur usko infuture aisa karne ko mana kiya. phir 3-4 dino ke baad customer care se call aaye ki aapka problem solve hua ya nahi maine kaha ki abhi nahi aur iske baavzood mere paise abhi bhi 10 - 5 rs karke kat rahe hain to unho ne kaha ki jaldi hi is ko solve kar denge. lekin iske baad bhi refund to nahi mila paise katne jaari hain . maine senior executive se bhi baat ki thi to unho ne bhi yahi kaha tha ki jald hi aapki problam solve ho jayegi. 2-3 din pahle phir mere no. se 10 rs kaate to maine phir iski complaint ki to unho ne kaha ki 24 hours mein problem solve ho jayegi tab maine unhe kaha ki agar 24 hours mein problem solve nahi hui to main consumer court mein complaint karoonga. tab unho ne kaha ki don"t worry aapka refund aapko 24 hours mein mil jayega . wahan se mujhe 16 april ki date di gayee thi par abhi tak iska koi solution nahi hua hai.

sir aapse request hai ki mere mobile no [protected] par is complained ko solve karwaye aur 1 baat jis service ke liye ye sab charge kaate gaye hain dialer tone ya caller tune wo service active hi nahi hai aap khud ye mobile no. milakar check kr sakte hai.

Aircel — FORCED DEDUCTION OF ACCOUNT BALANCE

On Apr 14,2010 at 12.11 pm I've received a message from the number 58000 from my mobile service provider-Aircel at my number [protected] that I've been charged INR 7.50 for IPL Cricket Updates when I didnot activate any such service on my own.

Since then I've called the company for about 7-8 times.On getting back to the company at their complaints department I got no help at all.Some complaint officers hung up on me,on asking for a supervisor/manager I was denied at the first place stating supervisors "are busy to attend your call",upon insisting and begging for a supervisor I was transferred to such a queue where no one picks up the phone and it just keeps on ringing until you hangup the phone in disgust.When I asked for a callback from the supervisor I was told supervisors are too busy now and will call back after 2 hours.Unfortunately ! No one called me back.

The complaints department is simply denying the fact that it was not done from their end and its my fault.Now,I dont have such availability that I'll be fighting for a mere sum of INR 7.50 .But here I want justice and good business practice to be followed.When as a customer we are using the products/services of a business we are trusting them.Here,Aircel broke my trust !!
