To Concerned Person in AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATIONS;

I have tried more than three times to Port my DAD's no to other service provider. After forwarding the mobile number. the reply message with the reference ID has to be received immediately. But Today morning (06/12/11) at 10.30 AM we have send the portability message, and till evening 9.0pm we have not received the ID. (the time I am posting this message).

We are planning to switch due to your poor services, one of them making to hesitate the service was dedicating the hello tunes and caller tunes without the permission of the consumer. As my dad is using the mobile, he does not know to response to your message too..
He not used to attend the AIRCEL call also. But you are activating those tunes for your profit without consumer acknowledgement.
Everytime he used to recharge for 50rs and there will be balance 10 to 20 rs.

We many times called to your customer care, even today for the Mobile number Portability we called your customer care at afternoon.
Due to this poor, disconcerting, services, we migrating our-self to other providers. But for that also yours service is not working properly.

If nothing is going to happen, in my next attempts, the only way is to file in consumer court again.

Hi,
I am using the aircel and I want to port my aircel no. but when i am generating UPC ( unique porting code ) they are not providing me the UPC code. I' ve forwarded PORT<**********> many times.Still i' ve not received the UPC.Paid Rs.19 at airtel and filled up the MNP form. The new service provider just asks for UPC code to activate.
Called up customer care lot of times and did not get any response.Aircel says contact the new service provider.What i ' ve to do?

maine reliance ka no.[protected] ko[protected] ko portable karaya tha.yhe abhi tak nahi paya hai.
I AM NOT ABLE TO SWITCH SERVICE PROVIDER
FROM AIRCEL TO VODAFONE MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER SUBMITTING ALL DOCUMENTS.
I requested for MNP from vodafone to aircel on 17 Feb and same is accepted by both vodafone and aircel and I got confirmation SMS. But after the receipt of SMS, both SIM showing SIM registration failed and for last two days(23 Feb and 24 Feb) my number goes blank. Kinbly do something so that I can regain my number.

I applicate for MNP at your Jabalpur store at civic centre.
Mr. Saransh took my all documents and told me MNP will be done in few days and provided me a sim (Sim No-[protected]).
But till today MNP is not done and Mr. Saransh assuring me regarding...
Two bills was paid by me in this period and provide the slips of payments to Mr. Saransh.
I am complaining you regarding poor service and false assurance.
Your employees are taking salary and enjoying.
Its not good for any company.
Please rectify it and do needful.

It has been more than two months now that i have been trying to get my porting number from Aircel but the number 1900 on which we are supposed to call for generating the porting no. after directing me to press * for it never generates the one and when i call their customer care they have they don't have any information about the same and don't know how to get it generated. Please help me in getting rid of this service provider because of whom i am suffering mentally and momentary.
hello this is jeff and I'm a n aircel customer till today and due to their wrong dealings and poor network i wish to port my number..so i gave a port request to change my no to BSNL...its after 5 days a message from Aircel told that you have given a wrong UPC code ..but when i approached BSNL i found that the details i provide with then are correct..aircel is purposely rejecting my porting request the same thing have been done to my friend also...
This is abdul quadir my no is [protected] my other no is [protected], I had applied for AIRCEL to docomo MNP on 8th June 2011. Porting code is Dy171824. I had received a replacement SIM from aircel showroom.
After this i had received a sms says this request will be resolved on 14th July 2011 . But till now its not resolved. I have called Aircel customer care several times. But they ignore my call saying their server updation is going on and call us after some time. Some executive says it is not pending with them (Aircel). I need Justice for my genuine request.
