[Resolved] Aircel Tamilnadu — Aircel GPRS | |
I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send some settings which are not working. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres). But cell city in Hosur(Where I live) are merely bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 25 times the customer care in the span of 15 days, each time different person are picking up and misleading me. They give me solutions like try with another SIM, my SIM in another GPRS phone, your phone default settings may be wrong contact Nokia customer care. Still it is not activated for me. Frequently they will tell that our customer care will send correct settings within 24hrs or we will callback you within a hr, but they wont. Was this information helpful? | |

This is a network with pissing bandwith which couldnt handle even the customer complaints.
Mobile Phone, Motorola L6i Standard — Defective Set
I purchased the mobile handset from m/s Universal in the month of Oct 2007. After three months, I started getting problem in the set. The basic functions of the phone is not working properly. One in 2 calls, when I use the phone, the people at other end not able to hear my voice properly.After several experiments, I could able to find problem in the instrument. I took it to m/s Redington at TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai for repair. The service provider unable to provide me standby phone. Since mine is corporate connection, I could not give it for service immediately. Then I arranged the standy of my own and gave for repair in Aug'08. After a week, they returned the phone saying it is rectified. However within a month, again the same problem developed and I have given for service on Oct 4, 2008.
Now there is no guarantee that they do the repair properly. Now I have a problem that the warranty period is going to be completed by Oct 22, 2008. This I highlighted to the Motorola company and asked for
a) Replacement of my mobile instrument or
b) Extend the warranty period for one more year.
I did make request to motorola through their toll free number: [protected] and registered the compliant twice. No action from Company end so far.
I seek your help to resolve my issue.

Iam living in NEYVELI TOWN SHIP, Block-22. In my area very poor signal. talk in out side of my house only. Inside house no signla. Even though Aircell tower is just one Km from my house ( Tower is near TV tower ) I have 4 sim of AIRCEL. But not use for urgent message. But Airtel, BSBL Relience tower is very good, I complinte many times. your Aircel signal is usless. It only make money for you from costemers.

i bougth one new motrola w270 mobile but in that mobile when i install SD Memory card.Whan one the music option the mobile will not given any SD Memory card information it says"no support file is in specifc folder switch on into phone memory" this information is giving can u help how the support file install please

I purchased a Motorola mobile phone as per bill No 2346 dated 12/9/08 from New Mobile collections, Penta Menaka, Shanmugham Road, Kochi, Kerala.The model of the mobile is W230 Standard bearing serial No.F71AJL2KQT.As the shop does not have a
Computer, they could not connect it to show me that the computer detected the memory card. After reaching home I downloaded the necessary software from the net &connected the mobile to my laptop for transferring music But the computer failed to detect the memory card.After returning to Trivandrum I approached your service center “Redington India Limited” at Trivandrum and registered the complaint. They informed me that as the date of purchase is only 7 days back, They will request for DOL. and gave me the receipt for the work order No TV/MO/08/01407 dated 20/9/08, after a few days I visited the service center to check the position of DOL, and they informed me that the company have accepted the request for DOL and they received the communication regarding the same.
They also told me that they have already sent the mobile to chennai for DOL, and I could get a new one within a week.
After One week when I visited the service center to get the mobile, they changed their stand on DOL and informed me that the company rejected their request for DOL and they will repair my mobile and I could get back my repaired mobile within a fortnight. I visited service center on 29/10/08 to collect back my mobile and they informed me that they have received message from company that they have repaired the mobile and have dispatched the mobile and I could collect it on 1/11/08.Yesterday ie. On 1/11/08 I visited the service center to collect the mobile and they informed me that they have not received the mobile from the company. I curse the moment I decided to purchase a Motorolla Mobile Phone.
As my work do not permit to live without mobile, I purchased one cheap LG Mobile set
And it is working perfectly. I request you to be kind enough to send me back my repaired Mobile so that I could sell it in seconds market and get rid of the headache and cut short my loss at the earliest.
