Dear friends, if your sim has been blocked due to entering wrong pin then you should contact airtel customer care by dialing 121 from airtel mobile or visiting their customer care center nearby your home.before calling them you should note down your sim card number by opening your phone's back cover and then removing your battery.now call them and ask them for your PUK code.tell them whatever they ask like the name and address of person on whose name the sim card is taken and also tell your sim card number.then the customer care representative will tell you your PUK code.alternatively visit nearest customer care office with above mentioned details.
