Airtel DTH — Called many times but no response
I have taken new Airtel DTH Connection on 21-04-12, through sales excutive Mr Rohit and that time manager also talk to manager at that time, and after discussion i have paid amount and then confirm me that i will get connection with in 24hr but today after 5 days also no responses, i call many time to airtel customer care on talk to Mr Rohit, Mr Rao, Mr Avinash , Mr Jagdish , ms Priya, Ms Pratibha, they do not give proper responses, and they are disconnecting my call, so I am fedup calling. My Customer ID is[protected]
Airtel must see, what they are doing. They are spoiling their image which will lead them to loose their business as well. I am also one of the person who is suffering from the harassment of Airtel DTH services.
I recharged my DTH last week, since that day my DTH has never worked. Whenever I called Customer Care to lodge compliant, Customer Care says that their System is down or it is upgrading, they never answer you properly, they keep call on hold for several minutes. The day from where, I am facing problem, no single Engineer has visited my place.
I would say, Airtel is a worst service provided. I would suggest you all, better to switch Tata sky or Dish TV...

My name is Shajivan Nb .I have taken this connection 8 months back I have recently relocated after relocation dth is not work I have given allmost 20 complain but no result engineer himself closing the complain giving reason like customer mobile no not reachable .please help me to resolve this issue

You are charging double amount for the same connection.We have complained so many time and talk to the senior most person, to visit my home and check the status and do it single connection but they did not take any action against it till now.
Please contact me on my mobile no. [protected].
Finally i request you to send your technician at my place and take necessary action against it. otherwise, unfortunately, I will have to change my DTH connection.

customer complaint — set top box complaint reg.
My settop box is not functioning for the last more than a week. Ihave been repeatedly requesting for its remedial action but no response coming to redress the grievance. Of late my complaint has been noted but awaiting necessary action to set the dish/ set top bopx in order. So Irequset to please arrange to send your person to see the problem on PRIORITY.
