Airtel — Network Problem

Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.

In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

Airtel Telecommunication — Signal problem increases

i am using Airtel Tele communication connection from last 7 years, and also achieved great response, but from last 6 months Airtel Tele communication SIGNAL goes bad to worse in MOHALI (PUNJAB). we have 8 connections in our family and more than 400 connections in friend circle and employees. Please repair the SIGNAL problem as early as possible, so that we can face less problem regarding calls

I abhishek kumar ,i have registered complain too many times regarding my Airtel network problem to Customer care since February first week, but they are not taking any action regarding network.
And also this is my main number ([protected]/[protected]) & also favorite network but here is the network problem at my place.
So please do some needful.

My complaint is regarding network problem i have been going through calling and receiving problem from past 2 months. This problem persist only in my region since many other people having Airtel connection in my region facing the same kind of problem.So I request you to do some thing about it immediately since i have to receive some important calls. according to me this problem is in our Airtel regional Tower .Whenever i go out of my region then i don't face this problem.

I am avinash kumar. I have been using airtel prepaid mobile connection([protected]).
Now a days i am facing airtel network problem in my area (B block f-3,vinoth viruksha apartment,nolambur panchayat road,moggapair west,chennai,600107).

Cause of Network Problem i can't communicate with anyone at anytime.

In my room itself Network problem is there.For this problem i already called customer care many times but still its not rectified.

We selected AIRTEL because its a brand and brand has some values for the customers. I am really frustrated because of this kind of service.

Please do something for me to rectify this problem.

My name is nishant singh. I have been facing network problem in my house since 3-4 years. I have tried emailing the airtel company about my problem but got no response. From what i googled and came to know is that some people were talking abt the company people installing a network booster. Can i approach or compel the company to do so. i live in a bungalow. I am Amit Sabhachandani resident of Faridabad haryana.
Few months back i purchase Airtel 2G datacard with a SIM [protected] and a month back i upgrade that connection to 3G, for the same i purchase new 3G datacard.

And since then i getting an average speed of 5-8 KPS though promised spped is 22 mps.
I have log complaint i the airtel customer care had got complaint no 38642154 and a deadline was 29th July.
But till now nothing has been done and eversince i contact the customer care i am not getting response and solution.
Either customer guy or gal cut the line or give me another no to contact.
Now i am fed up with this.
Didn't understand how a company like Airtel has this type of irresponsible answer.
i'm in mumbi from last 1yr. and m facing network problem in sion are, specially when m in my home or in office place. i have launched complaint many times but there was no improvement.
In my office area . There is a huge problem of network in Airtel call droping is very heigh . I have registered my complaint to airtel customercare many times but nothing has been done . All the employess of my factory are facing this problem.

Some times the phone shows no network.

from today3.10.11 evening we didn't get net work
mujhea airtel natwarke ke bahut parechane ha .kai bar manea in sa is barea ma kahea ya gore he nahi karthe.ma inko mahina ka bill kis bathe ka dathea ho.ma tange aker namber ki campany change kare dugea.kise ko airtel ka namber lanea ki salhea nahi dugea.
