Bag It Today — non delivery of order

I had booked a pair of Sunglasses and paid thru my credit card on 10th Jan 2011. I was promised that the order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Till date the order has not reached me.

I have called the customer care atleast 10-12 times and all the time have been told like a recorded message that we will try to send the order in 3-4 working days. But i guess they dont work only and thats why they have no working days. Its been over 5 weeks.

Also, I have emailed 3-4 times and have received the same reply as above.

I had even visited they warehouse and even after waiting for 1 hr. there was no response
.
I have requested them to cancel the order also, but they are not ready to do that.

What do I do?

They are really cheating us by sending useless/fake emails. They provide fake information regarding product and offer, and in most of offers they want 499/399 Rs for handling changes, but the fact is actual item cost is less than handling charge

They declared winner /sweepstakes to everyone without any participation

Bag It Today — Non-delivery of order

I placed an order with Bag It Today on 18 January 2011. However i have not received the goods i ordered yet. I have called the customer care 4-5 times and every time i was assured that the order be dispatched within 2-3 days and will be delivered within a week. In addition, when i asked one of the customer care executive about the phone number/ email id where i can lodge a complain, i was told that she is not aware of any such number or email id Bag It Today is providing.

I have written emails also to the customer id provided in the order confirmation email but i have got no response on the emails i have written.

My constant follow up with no response from your side has shown the quality of the service delivery.

I feel like i have been cheated and they are fraud.

I have placed order for a watch on Bag it Today vide order no[protected] and payment made by credit card Rs.399. Since 25 days passed I have not received the watch. On my enquiry they told me that watch has been despatched on 9.2.11 vide way bill no.[protected] by Aramex Courier. When I enquired Aramex Courier they told me that way bill is wrong. Last 25 days I am running from pillar to post. This is simple cheating to the innocent people.

BagItToday.com / Mtv Premium Watch — Product not delivered

I bought a MTV premium watch from bagittoday.com on Jan 31 , 2011 . The product as they say was delivered on 8th feb, 2011 but I have not yet received the product . Everytime I call them , They give illogical reasons. Sometimes they say that the product is delivered or the product is out of stock I have to wait .No proper response from the company. Once they gave me a courier number to track my order , but the number was invalid . Please look into the matter. Attached is the order Screenshot.

I agreed to buy with all inclusion so I agreed to executive for the same & my call was transfered to payment system through phone inputing credit card details. After payment executive told me that I will get my order within 12-15 working days. I placed this order near 30-31 Oct 2010. I got sms finally on 12 November for order processed. I received it on 20 November 2010. It only include diamonds 1 Sony Ericsson C903 Mobile Phone & 5 Pack of diamonds. No certificate & MTV sunglasses were included in the pack and also the Bill for mobile to claim warranty.

I complained about the same next day and it was told to me by executive that this order does not include MTV sunglasses. I was shocked, but I pressurized the executive for the same so he promised me to verify me after call recording trace-out. The executive called me 4-5 days later confirming me that sir you were right it includes MTV sunglasses & reason behind it is that the sunglasses was not in stock & we processed rest of the order to avoid delay in order. We will be sending you your pending item within 15-20 working days.

I waited for 30 days & complaint again for Certificate & MTV sunglasses with generated ids:

Again waited & recalled 5 timed till today, same reply "I am forwarding your complaint on urgent basis & get back to you in 7 days etc... finally no response till date.

One more issue arises that Mobile Phone C903 giving less backup so I went to service center for replacement of battery they denied due to improper invoice for the same. Please issue me proper Invoice with mobile details so that I can claim warranty & please hurry up otherwise warranty period for battery will pass out.

Bag It Today — SHOULD I ENROLL FOR THE OFFER

I have received a Call from Mr Vikas From BAG IT TODAY offering me a STAY only in listed hotels all over the world ( except some countries-whihc are mentioned) in Rs 7750. Stay would be for 7 nights and 8 days. It would include stay for 4 persons--( children or adults--whoever).

Does any one has some experience of such an offer

Two weeks have been passed and as expected nothing has been happened with my order.
No status till date has received whether the order is processed or not.

I don't think apart from Bag it Today there is any system in this world which takes more than 3 months to punch the order. If you can not process this just return the money and close this matter.

I have Ordered MTV Sunglasses on 9th March and filled all the credentials, such as Address, mobile no. etc... after 1 week i called the call center they have given me the Shipment no (Aramex Courier). To my surprise, i found that shipment is delivered to Johrat Assam, while i stay in Mumbai Maharastra, i have clewarly mentioned the address and Mobile no. I called up again they said that, we will resend back to you in proper address and ask to mail to [protected]@bagittoday.com. i have mailed, once, twice...atleast 5 times to '[protected]@bagittoday.com'; '[protected]@bagittoday.com'; '[protected]@bagittoday.com'; '[protected]@bagittoday.com', , but no reply at all.. Call center says they have updated the record and someone will call, but till today one has called or replied...

Pathetic response from BagitToday... I guess its a fraud... thinking of going to Consumer Court will all the details i have...

Similarly, a product I had booked that hotel when I got a call from D. 0.[protected] her book with this product mtv watch free … but you got the product but did not watch the watch and was told to ask You are not free … book recently conducted similar products Dhoni is [protected] D. Shu whose booking it on the net when I booked but then it was told with mtv watch free product after getting the thing so described the watch is not free ….. Zut speak with the type of consumer is very wrong and give false information like this ….. like me to book the product of consumer bags brick will drop.

I definitely look at this prayer must answer the complaint by entering ...

BagItToday Of India Today — no response on double debit from credit card since 24th March

The below said is my complaint, i request to have this sorted out please.

Mail sent on 29th March 1.25pm to [protected]@bagittoday.com with CC to [protected]@bagittoday.com

Hereby I had enclosed the file which says there is a double debit on my credit card for the payment of Rs. 24,999.00 for one time purchase. This had happened due to the urgency on making payment, i had tried thru net banking several times and only the last transaction got confirmed by bank.

Instead the same amount has been credited to BAGITTODAY earlier too, which I was not knowing.

Hereby the screen shot of the payment been debited on my account being enclosed for your kind immediate reference.

Regarding the same i had immediately intimated to Mr. Amit Biduri who has the mobile no of [protected], but since three says trying for him, but not able to get him on line as the phone is ringing.

Kindly do the needful and expect your immediate come back as i have to convert my payment of 24,999.00 to EMI scheme.

REQUEST YOU TO CLEAR THE SAME ON PRIORITY.

Had called on their help line no - [protected], but as of now there is no response rather than, treating in worst manner with faulty replies.

Trailing mail is self explanatory for need of mine.

Have been calling thru help line continuously. But till date, I am able to hear only nasty irresponsible replies. I am tired of calling this number atleast 10 times even more per day. Where no one respects the customer needs.

I am debited twice for purchase of one product, which is being said as gift (Diamond & black berry 9530 storm).

Its a huge amount of 24,999.00 has been in dispute and due to urgency this has occurred. While contacting Amit Biduri, he confirmed that INDIA TODAY is not a small company and we will not cheat you. Hence the amount will not get credited twice and even if it happens the same will be returned on immediate basis.

But now neither Amit responds to my call ( atleast daily four to five times called him, but he never picks the phone) and the worthless helpline no too gives up.

More over there is no response of the mail too, which is just below here.

Can i get some help from INDIA TODAY please.

Daily atleast ten to twelve calls being made to help line, but as of date i am not successful as the way this has been noticed now, i feel its fraud company and customer care people has merciless respect, by using any type of commitments which are ALTHOO OR FALTHOOO.

I am very much patience to have this sorted without having it raised. but the way INDIA TODAY - BAGITTODAY lead, is the making me worst to worst.

hence i have been forced to go in for consumer complaint.

as my earlier problem of Reliance data card was solved by consumer complaint, immeidately after the complaint posted. the response was shocking, which was in 12 hours. hence i prefer to have this sorted out thru this channel, as i left hope with BAGITTODAY - INDIA TODAY. ( claim by caller was mentioning as INDIA TODAY)

even the gift of one also not reached yet.

INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB/BAGITTODAY — Complaint regarding cheating by BAGITTODAY

With reference to the above, I have ordered the book entitled TREASURES OF THE WORLD with INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB/BAGITTODAY along with free Numero watch and free Reebok shoes, as a part of Rs 1 CRORE SWEEPSTAKES on[protected] through cheque no 815020 for Rs 2998=00, Vijaya bank, MSRIT Branch, Mattikere, Bangalore, Karnataka. The amount of Rs 2998=00 has been debited to my account already on[protected].

Having waited for nearly 2 months, I have contacted customer care Delhi several times but none of the staff is bothered to check about it. I am fed up of their bad service to the customer like us and after making payment I had called them umpteen times to know the status. In this connection I have raised a complaint with [protected]@bagittoday.com and also with consumer forum. It has been a long time since nothing has been heard so far regarding the same. This amounts to callous and negligent attitude of INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB(bagit today) and they have taken the matter lightly. I requested several times but there is no proper response from their side.

In view of the above, I am request your good self to provide justice to me by ordering them to delivere the above items to my address immediately. I shall be filing a cheating case with the court of law and also before the appropraite consumer forum for the redressal of my grievences for the non delivery of goods. BAGITTODAY will be held responsible for all the damages and other costs.

Therefore I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and see that the above items are delivered immediately.

Bag It Today — 880179067 order neither updated nor cancelled

Dear Sir,
I had made a payment of Rs. 21500 on 26 Feb 2011, through my SBI Credit Card no. ending with 1782. This transaction, authentication no. is "T55428" and booking id :[protected].
Ever since 26 feb, I have been calling customer care, the reply is still that the order is not updated. Even on 9 Mar 2011, I requested for cancelling the order.
After that nearly everyday I have called and got the same reply "Order not updated" and nearly everyday a new request no. has been provided stating the order cancellation.
However till today the order is not updated yet and neither it has been cancelled nor the amount has been credited to my account.
I am being charged by the credit card bank at the rate of 3.5% per month. I don't know what to do, to get back the money.
Please help and cancel the order and credit the amount to my credit card account as soon as possible.
