Bag It Today — refund for broken products order# 1003533761

hi sir/madam,

i had purchased some products from bag it today @ Rs. 23999/-. once i had received the products most the items in them where broken. i had sent back the products requesting for a refund, they have not sent me the refund yet. can you please help me with this. i am getting a feeling that they are cheating of my hard earned money. please find below the details..

-corelle dinner set
-magppie tea set
-magppie cup and saucer set
-diamond pack 2 sets 30 cents each

the products were resent to bag it today on[protected] with consignment # V05319683 and was delivered to them on[protected].

please help get back my hard earned money.

Bag it today/MTV Premium watch — Product not delivered

I bought a MTV premium watch from bagittoday.com on May 25, 2011 .The product as they said that it has benn dispatched on 5 June,2011 but I have not yet received the product . Everytime I call them , They give illogical reasons. Sometimes they say that the product is delivered or the product is out of stock I have to wait .No proper response from the company.Please look into the matter. Attached is the order Screenshot.

i have also got wrist watch of Reebok company Rs. 500/- but when I start 2 use it its color n glazing both i seems poor n the numbers 4 complain given by them is a fake number means which is always in busy tone so guys whenever they come in touch with u n convince their product ignore them n save money n your time also ...Thank You

hi friends the product delivers by this organization i think are not branded. I have also got Reebok wrist watch which is very poor n quality b'cauz its color n glazing gone in just 1/2 month when I started to use it. Then I tried 2 contact their Customer Care but given number is in busy tone 4 all day, so friends don't waste your time n money when these people approach you...they are cheaters...simply cheatersssssss

Bag It Today — Money Refund

I have Ordered a reebok Watch on March 16, 2011 from Bag It Today, my Order Id is is: [protected]

I have recd the watch on 6th of April, 2011 with Invoice No TRNPL/DLI/10-11/407808

The watch I recd was not under working condition (or I may say dysfunctional).
After discussing the issue with their executive, I was promised for the watch replacement and refund of the expenses incured in sending it back through courier.

I have sent the watch for replacement to Bag it Today on 12th April 2011, with the copy of courier reciept from Blue Dart and also Cash receipt.

I recd a fresh watch on 28th April, but since then I am following it with them on mails for my refund. they reply every time saying we have taken the matter to concerned dept and will reply on 4-5 working days.

last mail i recd was from mikkey on 25th May stating the matter has been taken to concerned dept and will be resolved in 4-5 working days and I will be informed in 4-5 working days.

Since then i am still awiting for their reply.

pl look into the matter and do the needful thanks and Regards

I had booked a sony ericsson mobile phone model no c905, transaction ID[protected], on 11 july 10 through phone call from bagittoday.Com. I was repeatedly told by the call centre representative who assisted me in making this purchase that I would receive rs 25000 worth diamond jewellery free. On repeated questioning he assuaged me that all the five vouchers of rs5000 each could be clubbed together as rs 25000 and used to make a purchase of rs 30000 and above at suratdiamonds.Com wherein I would be given a discount of rs 25000. However, on calling their call center on 12 july 10, I was told by mr adil, the team leader that a mistake had been commmitted and the vouchers cannot be clubbed together. Correspondingly, I chased the case for the last one year and I have proof in the form of emails exchanged to show that company finally agreed to provide me with holiday vouchers worth rs 15,000. This was promised to me on the mail and accordingly I sent three dds of rs 800 each on 24/04/2011. However, ever since, they have been repeatedly rejecting my calls and nor have they paid any attention to my demands. Hence, my total loss has far exceeded the previous amount.

Bag It Today — Shipped a different product

Dear Sir,

I booked a Reebok Watch with square dial which was shown to me in mail. It showed me a square one but they sent me a watch with round dial.

I even mailed them regarding this but I did not get any response from them.

I have purchased Diamond worth Rs30000 on 28.06.2011and I get one blackberry pearl phone free.
t for just Rs.13990. But I was offered nokia phone instead of blackberry. Their agent told me sir blackberry phone will be replaced by nokia phone but when I received courier there was blackberry phone. I made a complaint regarding this and wanted to return their courier, there representative told me our courier man will pick up that courier. Till now no courier man came to pickup that. Now they are asking me to make courier at there address. But now I came to know that from the several site that they will not return my money.
and the phone was also in bad condition. So every one please don't purchase any thing form this group they are all fraud

On 9th of April i had purchased online a Blackberry Storm with 6 diamonds . I got it, but to my dismay the back cover did not fit .They got the reverse pick up done & I got a new one .To my horror it did not work.Since 22nd June i have been repeatedly e mailing & calling them up for the reverse pick up & a refund but of no avail.

Last time I called customer desk was on friday morning & the CCO told me that my order will be dispatched today & I will get the information via sms or email. Till today I have not got any confirmation yet.

Bag It Today — no reverse pickup and refund of money Rs 24999

My order id is [protected].After my previous complaint on this consumer court i received an e mail from Leela Rawat Online Support (Bag It Today) on 11 th Aug assuring me of a reverse pick up in 3-4 working days but nothing so far . On calling then they say it will be done in a week.It has been 2 months & i have not got my refund.
Cant imagine a India Today group would do this

I booked a holiday package from bag it today on 15/07/2011.

I received my package after one week on 21/07/2011.
I sent my application form along with required document and DD for registration charge of Rs. 750 on 12/082011 by courier.
As per courier information, it was reached on 16/08/2011 and as per courier record Mr. Vijay from "Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd." had received it.
In the application form it is mentioned that after receiving the application form along with the registration charge (Demand Draft), the customer service team will contact me in 3 working days .
As on date nobody had contacted me for confirmation.

I tried to contact on the given customer care number (+[protected] many times, on which it remains on hold for long time and sometimes if it could get connected, I am not getting satisfactory answer.

I have many mobile numbers on which also I tried to contact many times which are mentioned below. They have now stopped picking up my calls. If I call from different number they picks-up but they cuts my call once knowing that I have called.

I have spent so much money on making phone calls and mentally stressed also.

Today, when I call on customer care number, I came to know that my form has been rejected and the person had disconnected my call. Again when I contacted some other customer executive had picked-up my phone call and he informed that my form has been rejected second time.

Here the question is if I have sent my form once only, how it can be rejected twice??? Also what is the reason of rejection???

Now, I am fed up of this and want solve this problem.

Bag It Today are all a cheaters, I have ordered BB 8830 and the packet I got, didn't had any headset, this is the first time I saw a mobile without headphones. The battery within the mobile is a GREEN COLOR local battery, a big JOKE on blackberry... Are you making fun of customers, making them fool...Trackball stopped working after 1 month, now after talking to customer care they are again making all fun of me, said within 12 days they will replace it, I talked three times within 11 days and every time I was given the same answer, that a person will come to your address and replace it, today is 12th day and they are now saying that it will again take 21 days...

Boss im waiting from the month of august.
