[Resolved]  broadband and voice connection — deactivate the connection

Sir,

I am Dwarka Prasad Agrawal. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my account no. is 14244879.my landline no. is[protected].
Sir i wanted to deactivate that connection for which i sent mails to there email id "wecare.[protected]@airtel.in"
second time.But the airtel company keep sending me bills for that broadband connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection
Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out

mai mits college ka student hu.mare yaha airtel broad band connection liya hua hai jo ki Rs.699/- bala plan hai.abhi ek Rs.499/- bala naya plan aaya hai jismai same Rs.699/- bali facility hai mujhe ye plan change karana hai jisme 256kbps ki speed mil rahi hai(Rs.499/-) yaha plan aap set karne kirpa kare.

2times and they sent me auto reply mail that they will contact me for deactivation. Please deactivate my broadband connection before 16th March 2010.

Hi,
Myself Chandan Sharma.I have applied for an Airtel IP TV Connection on Friday[protected] .Next day your representative came and followed all the formalities with taking a cheque of rs 2250/-.He convinced me to avail me the connection on Tuesday[protected]. But I am still wondering about my connection.I have called him 20 times but he always made some false promises and till today Thursday[protected] he has not installed my connection, making me very dipressed.So i have decided to cancel my application for connection.
Please let me know the procedure for cancelation of connection and having my checque back.

Humara Net Connection No.15123811 aur Rs. 449/- wala plan hai, connection lete samay humne advance 5 mth ka advance payment kiya tha, jisme ki 1 mth ki rebate aapke dwara di gai thi, jaisa ki bataya gaya tha. Connection ko liye 6 month ho gaye hai aur hum is connection ke payment ki suvidha ko advance payment karne hetu continue hi chahate hai, iske liye pahle bhi email ke dwara request ki gai thi, jo ki aapke dwara ise continue karne se mana kar diya gaya hai.
Please phir se request hai ki hume half yearly advance payment ki suvidha ko continue karte hue usi hisab se bill hume diya jaaye jisase ki hum uska advance payment kar sake aur 1 month ke bill ka rebate pa sake.
