[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — data.bsnl.com

Broad band is not working since one month. Registered 4 times complaint and somebody will close the complaint without attending the problem. Nobody is bother to attend the complaint and response is very poor.

One of the worst service I have ever seen in customer service industry. We should not go for govt owned company products and services.

Incharge Engineer responsible for hebbal area is useless.

Pay little more go for private connection and they will restore any complaint in 24 hours.

My BSNL Broad band bill is coming excess i checked my usage it below 2.5GB in website is is showing over all month usage below 2.5GB but i got bill with excess charges from last month i got bill excess and this month also i got double bill every month i will get 700 like that from last 2month I'm getting excess bill what should i do please help me out these billing officials are not taking any actions earlier in starting of the year 2month i had faced same problem i gave complaint and i submitted all proof of my broadband usage details but no reply i had to paid that full double amount this time also same problem please help me out this problem kindly take action on this my land line number is[protected] Or please mail me where to make complaint to the higher authorities

BB internet connection very very poor.bcz every time they disconnect and also connect after some time, , sometime i will complaint to BSNL office allappuzha but they can't respond till now, , what i do??

I have Internet BROADBAND Connection I have paid Amout of the whole year. i m suffering from the DSL link Continuty is not avaible stedy from 40-45 days but nobody is attaining the complain and complaint should be removed from the online complaint, i have complaint 4-5 times during the period.

i have taken the connection in the month of Feb-08 but last 2-3 months i can't got your service satisfactoryly during this period telephone line was disturbance till today's date.

i have perchesed the type 1 modem from bsnl, 5 months before and it is not working properly can i replace it is it still on warranty and can i even change the type pl z help me.

I have been facing broadband problem since the last couple of weeks now. I have already registered complain at the respective offices several times but no effective action was taken till now. My problem is that whenever i try to connect to the internet, i get a error message saying that "server not found or DNS error." I have tried all the possible ways of sorting it out but in vein. Please advise and help me out with this.

I usually opened bsnl broadband connection by user name gmgmvn and password 30;07;1961 but when I want to change the password it shows unvalid user name and password. pl. help.

I was converted broad band plan from H250 ( monthly landline phone rent Rs.99/-) to H750 plus wef 01/12/2009. But I cannot dail outgoing call in my telephone[protected]. sir there is over billing of inter net for 500plan the billed amount is 1500 kindly help as the bill is pending and iam not able to pay the bill andimportant thing is that while accepting applications you should explain to costumer about the billing patern of limited planns or else you should tell all to go for unlimted plan, inspite of compitation bsnl still has govt employ attitude work or no work get paid then why work.every time one wants some information every one passes on his work by giving a new no but no one picks up the phone, kindly help other wise i will not be able to pay the bill or else you kindly disconnect your line.no25713103

I had submitted an application in the BSNL office Srinagar(J&K State) for change of plan 99 J&K with the
roaming and STD facility in veiw of government employees(exemption from security deposit) fifteen days
ago.But no action has been taken so for.It is requested once again for the same.
