[Resolved] BSNL — Online bill payment | |
I've a BSNL landline connection in Kolkata. My parents in India use this line. Recently I wanted to enroll myself for online bill payment option of BSNL as currently I'm staying in UK. Howerver I was astonished to know that the online enrollment form doesn't have West Bengal as service circle in it's drop down menu. They have two entries for south east India but none of them contain any region of West Bengal. It's really surprising that inspite of being the larest telecom operator of India BSNL portal ignores a region where it has millions of subscribers. How should I pay my monthly bill as my parents at Kolkata are quite aged? Was this information helpful? | |

No VPN connectivity. When dial to connect a dialogue box shows as "Error 678: There was no answer" How do you pay a BSNL landline bill on QuickPay without having to register? Just directly pay my bill without registering with BSNL? The BSNL Payment Portal is VERY BADLY DESIGNED. Some silly person has just put moving images on it, making it look fancy, BUT IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AND THERE IS NO INTUITIVE GUIDANCE MAKING IT EASY TO PAY. What is BSNL doing with SUCH A BADLY DESIGNED PAYMENT PORTAL WEBSITE????

BSNL customer care officials are lazy, foolish aged fellows and doesn't know how to treat customers (not mentioning all people with stuff) waiting in line...see this is bull, cow, pig etc., .. i'm asking how to take our bill statements via Bsnl website (for audit purpose - telephone expenses)... they said and replied "its our Lunch time better u could call later" -- horrible they don't know how to answer... but they ordering me sir try again on internet / search in google... very crazy holy crap...
then how BSNL take the lead/ front roww in this business... feeling annoyed.
