[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

Hi,
I've registered for the Do not disturb DND service with BSNL. But i'm getting promotional SMS from BSNL almost every day and rarely i get recorded calls also.
I went on registering it one more time. But there is no.my mobile no[protected].name.M.Mariaselvam

BSNL CellOne — disturbing sms

Please bar SMS coming to my mobile no. [protected] especially from BV-58877, BV-55678, BV-55666, BV-56700, BV-57777, BV-126300, BV-12555, BV-53030, BV-58558 and other advertising agents.

Today from account (not only today), money have been deducted, my no.[protected]. lot of time make call to customer care there is no responsible from your side... such a worst sevice... please dont send the message subciption packages ... make me very irritated. i[censored] deducted the money in my account unneccesirly. surely filed the case... try to give a proper service. dont deducted the amount from my account . couldnot know the reason deducting the amount ... this what your service.. such a stupid service...

I am having one cellone prepaid connection. the number is [protected]. On 24th december, 2010 I recharged my mobile with a Rs. 20/- sms voucher. Astonishingly, while on 25th december, I sent a number of messages, I found that my balance has been debited from my main balance account instead of my sms balance. I had belief that BSNL is not like other private companies who indulge in hiding factors relating to tariff. But today I am shattered.

Nokia Cell With Cellone SIM — lost of cellone sim card and nokia cell

Today ie on[protected]at 6.15pm I lost my cellone sim card no [protected] with nokia 1662-2 J model mobileset ( imei [protected]) while travelling by bus service(22/90L) from secunderabad station to Nagole x road. Plese block my sim and mobile set and do the needful.

BSNL CellOne — recovered Rs.28/- without my knowledge

Sir/ Madam,
Ref: My bobile No.[protected]
Today i.e.[protected], i received a message from BSNL that "Dear Customer, you have been charged Rs.28 for ur BSNL tunes. Enjoy the service for the next 30 days. Ur next bill date is[protected]". They charged without my knowledge. It is not justified. The BSNL is playing many lagics to get money from the customers. As you are aware, in INDIA many illeterate people are also using mobile netoworking system. How can they manage this type of tendency as played to me. I am shocking about what they play tricks to get money from me. Even though it is not more sume, but this type of illegal activites should be stopped.

Hence, it is requested to take legal action against the BSNL and the public.

BSNL CellOne — Wrong billing

I have been charged wrong WAP charges amounting to Rs.21000 from April 2010 to Jan 2011 and inspite of various complaints there is no relief.

DND SERVICES NOT ACTIVATE ON MY CELLPHONE

i am sunil m thadani postpaid customer.my mobile number is [protected] and my Add-on mobile number is [protected], i would like to know from 26th Jan 2011 y my STD outgoin calls are been disconnected from my Add-on mobile number[protected], there is no information from ur end for disconnecting the outgoing STD calls. i had made 2 or 3 callls to 1503 soory to say there is no response
i hope you would do the needful as earliest as possible.

BSNL CellOne — deactivation of mobile radio

I have BSNL mobile service with [protected], from 3 months i have lose of rs.30/- per every month for on mobile radio. I am very happy wirh this service before on line mobile radio activation, but now i will cancel the service. If you can help to cancel the on mobile radio service i will continue with this service

My elder brother Ashok Kumar bought the Sim ([protected])from Mohali Chandigarh office. During the changing of the Sim from the mobile unfortunately it was broken. Can he activate the same number by replacing the new sim.

We are belongs to Distt. Hoshiarpur. Is it possible he can get the same number after submitting the identity proof in your branch Hoshiarpur?

If we request to register a complaint, bsnl cust.care will register it and no action is being taken. I have given complaint 4 times and charged Rs.30/- (4 times) for love tips within one and a half month. My 120 rupees lost and no action from bsnl after repeated complaints. For what purpose they are maintaining such a cust. care. They could not even stop the unwanted messages.
