[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

My number is [protected]..complaint no.L30CD6447 on 30.12.2010, but customer care doing nothing. i called the customer care but they did not respond properly. It has already happened before. i am the customer of bsnl since 1998 and i did not expect this type of service from bsnl...However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care(Shumbhu Kundu) Kolkata complaint not yet rectified.BSNL imforming self as a nationwide big servise provider, yes it is true. But BSNL cant able to provide the servise at very poor, I request BSNL to give service .In our area Sonarpur Kol-150 Every time while i make or receiving the call due to poor signal the call automatically cutoff.
My mobile is nokia cell one sim is blocked ans asking puk code i just want to know the puk code

WITH DUE RESPECT I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT MY CELLONE CONNECTION NO:[protected] HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO CHANGE THE CONNECTION TO VODAFONE HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDED NOT EVEN WITHIN A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED COMPLAINING. I NEED THE SERVICE TO BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 1 DAY SINCE THE IS SOME URGENCY . SO PLEASE DO THE NECESSARY IMMEDIATELY.
with due respect i would like to state that my cell one connection number[protected] has been subjected to change into vodafone services without changing the nimber which has no responded from the costumer care even after a period of two weeks . so kindly do the necessary immediately since it is of some urgency.
on 18th evening i hav recharged for 55 rupees, in my balance it was -10.so then my balance was 40.on 19th morning i made a call for 14 rupees.and now my balance is 7 rupees.this is not the first time i am expiriencing this.when i called customer care the response was really poor.please give me a solution.my name is jijo and my no.is [protected].

Poor customer care service
Mera cell no [protected] hai main kam se kam 4 month se customer care service ko phon kar Raha hu ki mere cell no par chat messenger ki service lagi hui hai Or[protected] se mgs aata hai or blance kaat liya jata hai jisko band kiya jaye har bar mujhey complaint no de diya jata hai or kaha jata hai ki aapki service 24 hours me band kar di jayegi par essa hota nahi hai kyo...

BSNL CellOne 56700 — it self forcing its service and charging for it

sir/ mam,
I am very grieved to tell you that BSNL is fooling people. It is charging us for the service for which i have not subscribed. Yesterday a call from bsnl came,regarding subscribing its various service.I rejected the call without dialing any no which computer asked to dial to subscribe.And right after that call a massage came which informs me that i have been charged RS 20 for certain hello tune. I called the customer care and complaint against this loot.I was quiet very shocked to see their behaviour.They were not ready to accept this and hence refused to refund the charged amount. though they asked me to send back message to 56700 and write unsubscribe in my message box and send it back on 56700. I did the same soon after that i received a message that i have successfully been unsubscribed. I thought it was over but i was wrong, today again they same service charged RS 12 for the same hello tune. then again i called the customer care regarding this cheat but they blamed me, the user for this.Instead of looking into the matter they in the name of duty, gave me a complaint number which is C0HP894050.
Company is looting people.I believe that authorities will certainly pay attention to this theft and will take action against company.

I am a prepaid cellone customer.
My no is [protected], since long i am using this number
and got the nice service.
But yesterday i.e. 8th instant i found that Rs. 30/- cut from my
balance amount suddenly with short information as usually i am getting
after a call, which cannot be saved in my phone.
Instantly tried to complain but failed 3 times but on 4th attempt i was told
that my complain no is being transmitted by SMS to me by customer care.
Waited for 4 hours then again asked to customer care and finally got it.
My complain is that why unnecessary cut Rs. 30/- from my prepaid balance???
Please do the needfull immediately.

Dear sir,
Im a suscriber of cellone mobile service providers with cell number [protected] . I have been facing serious network problems and when I call up customer care they behave very harshly and rude and refuse to take complaint and even decline me harshly when I ask then to transfer my call to their authority . my complaint is there has been a hello tune a song which plays when somebody calls me past months and Im trying to de activate it but in vain . Customer care executives are behaving like hoodlums and not at all registering my complaint however I heard that the technicians are paid by other companies to force customers out .Im submitting this complaint with optimism that you might help me

There is no better service all the services are activated without user acceptance and if we unsub through sms they least bother to cancel and forcefully taking the money in the balance...they simply send an sms saying that your request is invalid...this is totally nonsense and insult to users and illegal..BSNL should take an action otherwise this will defame the BSNL...and we faced this problem from the "wap.handygo.com" which is from 55678...regards [protected]...
Dear Sir,

i have activated LOVE TIPS FOR GIRLS and i have even given a written note to the BSNL Office in Paradise to de activate the service. But till now the same has been activated and Rs.15/- getting deducted from my pre paid account.
Kindly de activate the same and refund the amount

I have buy a new Cellone sim last 15days back and submitted relevant adress proof &photo documents on that day for activation of my sim.but till date not activated my sim.Pl go through my complient and activate my sim at the earliest.
I have a cell one mobile no.[protected] However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care West Bengal circle. My SIM service are being not working for last the 07 days while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages customer care for numbers of times but it says "YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY PENDING". Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.
