[Resolved]  COMPACT INTERNATIONAL — Regarding Sandiego polo club wrist watch

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Sandiego polo club wrist watch through SBI Cards @ Rs. 499/-

Date of delivery - 23/10/2009

This wrist watch is not at all in good condition, and also not working properly.
I have also tried to call their Customer care they were talking rudly, and avoding to pickup the call.
Plese either refund my money back or replace the wrist watch as soon as possible.

COMPACT INTERNATIONAL — Not working of TCL Handycamcorder

Dear Sir,

I have purchased TCL Handycam corder through Homeshop18 which is marketing products through Television in the month of August '08
I received the product through courier after paying the amount of
Rs.3000. My order no.[protected]. When I opened and make use as per product manual, it is displaying 'WAIT' on the screen and no further action. So I informed Homeshop18 through customercare
toll free number [protected], they informed me that to send back theproduct to the vendor namely "COMPACT INTERNATIONAL" Laxmi Plaza, Andheri (west), Mumbai. I send the product through "Blue Dart Express Ltd" Nellore on 11.09.08 bearing AWB No: [protected] by paying courier charges of Rs.600/-. After 10 days the Blue Dart courier people phoned me that the parcel not delivered due to non payment of octroi charges as "Compact International " refused to pay the octroi charges. Immediately I paid the octroi charges of Rs.165/- at Nellore Courier office so that the parcel may not be returned. Even though the octroi charges was paid the parcel was refused by "Compact International" . Meanwhile I informed to Homeshop18 so many times, But no result from their side. Please treat case on priority basis and resolve as early as possible

COMPACT INTERNATIONAL — Aqua Slim Mobile phone not working

This is regarding purchase of Aqua Dual SLIM Phone with order no. 51298 with a price tag of Rs. 3, 492. I received the email confirmation of my credit card being swiped successfully on 28th Dec'08. The package was shipped by Blue Dart under AWB [protected].

From the very beginning the phone was not working as I was not able to charge the phone.

I logged a complaint with the customer care (complaint No. 6969) wherein I suggested for a reverse pickup of the phone from my resedence. After several followups the company picked up the phone and returned the phone back to me within seven days without repairing or replacing it.

I tried to call the customer care department again but in vain. I did not receive any response from them. I am really sorry to convey that this is pathetic service from their side. I am very much dissapointed and regret my decision to purchase the phone from this company.

In case I don't receive any response, I will have no option but to go to the consumer court.

To begin with, my 1st order was lost when it was in transit to me (after tracking it for 3 weeks). Moreover it took a long time to get the 2nd order for the same watch. This time its the quality of watch which was very poor & bad in shape, not even worst Rs.200. Its all cheap material used in it which can be identified by a common man. I called up so many times to SBI customer care & the 3rd party vendor (Deal4all at Mumbai) but both of them just ignored my calls by providing me incorrect information (like incorrect delilvery date).

My dad has received two Polo Club San Diego watches worth Rs.499/-.
Its mentioned about Rs.3975/- in the watch. But no where in Polo websites
such cheap quality watch is seen. Its very cheap quality available at 75/- in
Bangalore/Chennai local market. If the SBI is not taking the issue seriously, its gonna
be a case in Supreme Court.

If it is so, we should have to file criminal complaint u/s. 406/420 of IPC against the company who provides the product as well as against pramoting company who pramote this product alongwith their products.

I got a free complementary San Diego watch from SBI, as a part of most genune customer of SBI Credit card holder.
That watch dosen't work at all and it would be very bad on part of SBI if such things happen towards their cuatomers
1.I have purchased Orion 981 cell phone from shop 18.First day the touch screen was not functioning.They asked me to seng the piece they would pay the courier charges.As desired I have sent and received the repared piece but they are not paying the couirer charges, despite lapse of more than 29 days.

2. I have purchased 16 GB spy pen camera from NAAPTOL paying Rs.1900 and as it was not working I have sent through DTDC courier payuing 250.as directed by them.

Now they are not sending my pen drive or the amount paid to them

Today only I received San Diego watch from Compat Internation costing Rs495/-. Order no.[protected] dt 15.03.2010.Even in dream I coudnot imagine the dial will be so big, regarding working no idea but after reading all I lost my confidence & feel cheated. But the crux lies with those renowed company who brings such offer. I placed the order due to Sodexo being trusted since long. I wish to advise to all whomsoever it may concern do not become the prey of such offer irrespective of the company who brings such offer to us
Further I behest Compact International to provide the details to be contacted as the warranty card does not bear the date & stamp of vendor.

i also got sandiege polo club watch from compact international. as a offer on sodexho pass. its seems to be second hand & also glass is broken its not worth even rs100. its extremely bad dont fall prey to such an offer. mentos khao dimag ki bati jalao. any one hav the customer care no mail it 2 me.
