[Resolved]  Done Card — Don't Take Done card Agency

I uday kanth has taken Agency of Done card I had a very Bad Experience with it, I paid Indicom bill, by mistake I entered wrong Account No I kept a request to Customer care of Done card at the beginning stage they dint even gave reply for my mail after so long after many mail finally the they replayed me saying it will be refunded soon in to my Account they are keeping on saying the same many times but I dint get my refund so far and at customer care they dint give any response for the mails of Agents also. They are really shameless and lazy fallows. Don’t take this agency, as an Agent am feeling shame to say this.

i get licence of onestopshop in 19/07/2007 i paid 15000/- to done card but i can't do my work by oss. because the certificate and licence is mine but it is registerd someone. sir i want to solve my problem seriously.my ld no.-ld00011270
somebody has stolen my donecard of denomination 5000 &transferred the balance to another card.can you plz tell us the card taken from?

exactly, the service provided is very bad...once u pay 10000/ n u take the distributorship...there would be no response from there side...its been three months n I am still waiting for my sign board...u r said that u will be getting a commission of 5/Rs on per bill payment done through you...but u don't get it...its a fraud company...I seriously regret taking distributorship of onestopshop.

I am booking two times railway ticket tatkal booking from done card agency, one time mistakes gender problem, i am so many times request to irctc please change the gender, but no response by irctc and indian railway.indian railway say me that i dont changes in e ticket, i lost this ticket money, second time i booked tatkal ticket, travelling date is[protected], for two passenger, this ticket stastus is one passanger ticket is confirmed and the another passeger ticket is w/l 1, at the rule passanger not travell that ticket, i am filling so many times tdr but no response, what can i do i dont know, who help me so i reuest all the person dont take the done card agency.
this company has the worst ever call center. if you give a call to them you are on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes and your call get cut, if your luck is good the call is attented by a person who does not know what to reply. they are not sure if the complaint will be solved.i had booked an air ticket on safar.com.i had booked at 2pm. i got the pnr at 11pm.on giving a call to callcenter. they answered that the flight is after a week so why are you in hurry.the customer just went away and i had to bear the loss, as the customer was from other city.i gave a call as oss software was not working properly. they assured me that i will receive a call in next 48hrs but i did not get a call up to a month even after reminding them many times i had to visit the office to get my problem solved where they were very rude. on my experience this is the worst agency to buy for rail e-ticketing.you get no service they just take your money and leave you aside to catch another bakra. so beware of them

it is only money minded company who never pay attentions to complains.
by luck business is growing but they will fell down.the management i dont know but the cust care representatives are trully fools illiterate and indecent one who never know how to solve anyones querry but know how to fool them and keep on extending because we only keep spend money calling them and they always say that we have forwarded your complain to falana dikana dept.
they will keep on msg u that grow ur business update ur limits bt never ever understand our problems.
they are really and robbers.by chance i mentioned my a/c number and oin to them by mail to reschedule one air ticket and i forgot to change my pin and they stoled my balance and blocked my card and when i asked to give new pin they gave after a long process but whats dat there was a refund of tdr and it was also sspended by those stupid robbers just i advice them to be a pocket picker rather than a corporate playing with money of middle class.if i was at any gud post i wud have put them behind bars.
they are only having mentality to loot up ur pockets.rascals big one go to hell
i had taken agency 6 months back after doing follow up by me ur company is provided me e-token that is also it took 4 months & after receiving e-token 2 months has passed till now user name no password is provided i think ur company is only interested to sell agency as much u can but not interested to give better follow up, responses, services to distributors as u said before taking agency o[censored]rs to agents
The worst agency in the India. I have taken agency 6 months back. They have not provided sign board till date. No proper response on call centre. no reply from Managers.One Stop Shop Agency means once you gave their agency fees, they will stop to look at you bcuz i had bad experience to ur backend support & i had many issues related to ur oss software which provided by u i had totally frustated bcuz my booking most of time is not been succeeded & my customer had been negative about me as a ticket booking agent its not worth to take agency o[censored]rs if there is no better services pravided by u & by irctc
i had bad experience with ur dealership, i suggest plz provide better service in market otherwise no one will interested to take ur agency i know i am too small to say this but really mean it so plz look forward it
