How do we get the yearly statement of balance in my P[censored]ount if the employer is not very keen on getting the same for their employees?

Resp Sir,
This is a complain against Ravi Trading Co doing bussiness at Khadi Babli shop no 318.katra husain bakash,opp batase bali gali,khadi babli.The bussiness is potato chips,rose petals,makka,mumphali dana.In this shop a lady is sitting.many a times she cheated the persons by saying that she is only selling as a agent and would take the advantage of widow also. but she has a godown at khadibabli, home and selling the materials to nepal also.house address=h.no-17,lalkatra,purani sabji mandi,ghanta ghar,old delhi.she has a bank a/c at pnb khadibabli,sbi roshanara road.

Till date I have not recived my PF ammount.

Bharti Airtel Ltd - Telecom Services — Not received the PF amount for more than one year

I have resigned from the job on Mar 2008.My employer has submitted the PF form on 13 Jul 2009 in the Regional office -Gurgaon.

mera naam brijesh khandelwal hein. mein Alwar (raj) ka rahne wala hoon. mein ek company Take solution limited mein job 2004-05 mein karta tha. jisne alwar mein ashok leyland company mein theka le rakha tha. is company ka haid office chennai mein hein. is company ke dwara diya gaya pf acc- 980/81 tha. jisme mere karib 06 months ke paise atke huein hein. lekin abhi tak mein apne in paiso ko nahin prapt kar saka hoonl. jisse mein bahoot mantly disturb hoon. kripya aap mujhe yeh batane ki koshish kare ki mera yeh paise kaha ke pf department mein jama hein.

What is the standard time to get PF withdrawal.Is there any time frame for this.

I have completed 50 years of age on 13.07.09. I personally submitted the pension form in the box at Wazirpur office on 17.07.09. On enquiry today, the machine at wazirpur office shows No Form Submitted.
How much time will it take the case to be finalised.

My name is vidya. i worked for HTMT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS MYSORE, there i got the reliveing letter as joined on sep 2007 resigned on aug 2008 and same was releved on sep 2009. This the way the HR has given me the letter. they still have not taken any intrest on my PF amount. could anyone suggest me what can i do for this..
