Gaurav Diagnostics/Medical Reports — Courier not received & no answer from anyone in company

I had a courier from Gaurav Diagonostic centre Kaushambi Ghaziabad to Gurgaon by Blazeflash couriers (Doc. No.[protected] sent on[protected] .But it has not been delivered till date even after requesting & communicating the address on pretext that it was urgent . the staff o phone also has never given accurate information & gave their seniors no. which actually no body responds to .

I worked for Pragati Value Added people Employability Pvt Ltd a Reliance Communication co. from period Dec.04 to Jul.06 & again for Reliance HR servies also Reliance communication co. from May 2007 to Oct.2007. My both PF no. is DL/31881/2956 Emp.Code VAPS00298 PVAPS & PF No of of Reliance HR Services is DL/31881/21983 & Emp.Code is 11111383. Both two compnies are Reliance communication Ltd compnies. I have submitted all the necessary doc to withdraw the PF amount on 19th May 2009 in Reliance communication office in HR dept. But HR dept. submitted that forms to Employee Provident Fund Organisatio, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 28, Community Centre, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi-110052 in the month Jul.2009. I not yet recd. my PF amount yet. I called to Reliance HR persone but he told me they already summited my PF forms now they don't know the status. Then I got no. of Delhi PF office. That no. is always busy all the time. One day Reliance HR persone called me & told me that PF form no. DL/31881/21983 is not filled properlly so delhi pf office had reterned this form to you on your residence address by register post but I never recd. this form yet, I went to Post for inquiry but post office person also told me they never recd any such document on my name. I called to pf office delhi, fortunately that day no. was not busy but that time pf office persone told me we have sended you your PF form no.DL/31881/21983 & PF No.DL/31881/2956 amount has been released but I had not recd. that form & not recd. amont of PF No.DL/31881/2956.
Then I called to Reliance HR persone, he told me they can't do anything about it. I am continuously calling on Delhi PF office no. but its always busy. No body helping me in this matter.
Now You help me out in this matter.

mera naam brijesh khandelwal hein. mein ek company take solution limited mein job karta tha. jisne alwar(raj) mein ashok leyland company mein contribute kar rakha tha. is company ke dwara(take solution limited) ke dwara mera pf lagbhag 6 montghs ka kata gaya tha. lekin jab take solution limited ka is ashok leyland company se contribution khatm ho gaya to iske dwara diya gaya pf no. 980/81 mein mera paisa session 2004 se jama hein.is company ke sare adhikari ab ja chuke hein. lekin mere pf account ka ab mein kaise paise nikalwayoon. kyonki is company ke sare adhikari ja chuke hein.mein apne account ki detail kisse prapt karoo.

Its being more than one year to filed my PF but when i enquire about its status i was informed that it was misplaced and i have to resubmit it again. I did fill that again on 11-Sep-09 but i haven't got any positive response on this.

Iam sending so many emails to my Employer but they are not giving any response.Please look into this matter because I have not recive any information till date.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have given one saree for handwork to Madhu Dress Designor; 59, Chhatribagh Main Road, Indore on 01/09/2009 and He has given delivery date on 21/09/2009 with receipt no. 805 dated 01/09/2009. When i visited his shop for the collection of saree he told it is not ready due to Eid. So, I will give you after 10 days. When after 10 days again I have called on his mobile no.(+[protected] he told saree is not yet ready as our work is depend on labour and i am not getting labour and it is already mentioned on your receipt that it can be delayed due to labour.
I would like to know due to labour how many days he can delay? It is now almost one and half month delayed.
Since he has not delivered the saree on time i am forced to buy another saree which unnecessarily cost to me. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Government should scrap PF department or take the PF departments to task.PF departments are working with irresponsible/indifferent attitude.I have retired from company after21years of service about year Back neither my PF amount is settled nor pensinn money received.I put my case in RTI yet all in vain.It is better to scrap PF as Government is chaetaing Millions of People in PF account.I went to PF department in Mumbai nothing happened.I want to sue PF commissioner in Consumer Act and any other acts which Punishes Govt employees for their indifferent act towards public.I need some one's advise How to sue the PF department.Shall we File PIL in supreme court on affairs of PF Department

I was an employee of First Indian Corporation. I have worked there for 4years 3months. Due to some personnel affairs I have resigned the job on 22nd July 2009. I went to the office to claim my PF amount [P.F A/C No.[protected] ] but authorities of the above company asked me to give duly signed blank cheque along with form No.10 C [E.P.S] and form No.19.
I want to know whether it is necessary to give blank cheque as per your departmental rules.

This is in regards to my PF amount is due to release

I Mahamad Ashfaq from Feb 2007 i joined as Customer relation Officer in

HTMT global solutions and resigned in Nov 2008, however i have not

received my PF amount from karnataka pf office- PF# KN/46294/5293

When i checked with my organisation ( HTMT ) they said that they have

processed my Forms and had filed with PF Office for Settlement on 26 jun,

2009, since the settlement will be done by PF Office, and requested me to

contact PF Office at[protected], 25734492 and quote my PF Account

Number with HTMT for the status, but i stay in hyderabad and my financial

status doesn't permitting me to make STD to karnataka PF branch some how

i managed to do but still no response on my amount, kindly check and

release my PF amount.

Provident Fund Complaint — Non Recieval of Provident Fund after several attempts

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is Simran Kaur Matharu now residing at Mira Road, in the year 2007-08 i was working at a reputed school in Malad West. After a year of employment with the school i had to resign in May 2008 as i shifted to Mira Road.

Its been almost a year and a half now but still i don't seem to be getting anywhere as every time i visit the PF office in charkop kandivali the only answer i get is that the person responsible (Mr. Karad) for my file is on election duty for the past 1 year and no one else can take care of the group i belong to. In July 09 i was told that the name on the file was wrong and its been rectified from the school; what i fail to believe is it took them 1 year to recognise that the name on the file was incorrect. Again in the first week of September when i visited the PF office i also complained about this to the available manager who handles the group that my file is in, his name is Mr. Roa and he promised that the fund would be processed and submitted into my bank account by the end of the month, but that has not be the case and 2 days back when i tried to enquire about the PF first they could not locate my details and then i was asked to meet the commissioner (Mr. Sharma) who wasn't present for the entire day. I've been visiting the PF office every month for which i have to take an off from my current job and iam loosing on the salary from here as well.

My PF details are as below.

I don't see any reason why my Provident Fund should be delayed to such an extent. Would request you to please suggest me what should be my next course of action.

I contacted the Flexione com. my Pf is transfer or not but there is no response
