ADITHYA MOTORS — ILLEGAL INSURANCE CLAIM

Respected Sir, please print this in the deccan chronicle speak out coloum, my friend gave his car for servicing to ADITHYA MOTORS plot no 18, jupiter colony, tirmulgherry secunderabad,
the proprieter of the work shop Mr. BALRAJ took the car for servicing. as the car was having few dents. Mr. Balraj asked him that he would claim INSURANCE AND ASKED MY FRIEND JUST TO SIGN THE CLAIM FORM, THAT HE WAS HAVING WITH HIM, TO MY UTTER SURPRISE HOW CAN THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S GIVE CLAIM FORMS IN ADVANCE TO UNAUTHORISED WORKSHOP. AND IN NO MATTER OF TIME HE MADE A FALSE STORY THAT THE CAR GOT DAMAGED DUE TO AN AUTORICKSHAW FELLOW,AND HE ASKED MY FRIEND TO TELL THE SAME WHEN INSURANCE COMPANY PEOPLE CALLS UP TO HIM.SO HOW CAN THE INSURANCE COMPANY GIVE THE CLAIM ON FALSE STATEMENTS. I REQUEST THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S TO BEWARE OF THESE KIND OF WORK SHOP AND ALSO ASK THE AGENTS NOT TO WASTE PUBLIC MONEY.

NO SIGN OF GETTING ANY INFORMATIONS NOR ANY MONTHLY PENSION/REFUNDS/COMMUTED

Dear sir

I have worked at Khaitan Electricals Ltds - Hyderabad and HO is at Kolkata Ph[protected].
I've submitted my withdrawl form on 2 years back, but company people was not processing my pf.
I called to several times Khaitan Kolkata office, but they were giving only assurance only.but till date my pf amount not credited., so pls guide me what to do and how to get my PF Withdrawn immdly.

Sir Please suggest and help me in this regard...

I am Pooja Patil ex-employee of reliance fresh Girikandra store (2784), I Have given resignation on 21st of feb-09, and submitted the form of pf in march month, but yet the status is nil, because they have sumbitted the form on sep-09, & in my knowledge i know that pf money transfers in bank account within 45 days so almost two months are over ,& I dont have any pf amount transferred in my account, so pls give me the valid reason for the delay of fund transfer & i want immedaite reply on this or atleast proof that u have submitted the funds ok .

I was working in Bendon India Limited and my PF No.DL 19473/189 and I was submitted all necessary documents on 14/03/2008 for Transfered my above PF A/C into DL 30768/204, But we are sorry to say that I had received the letter of Transfered my PF account into New once but the amount of the same is still not transfered. i worked for one of the leading private life insurance company where i was promated as assistant sales manager and my resignation was taken force fully with immedate effect, i had submitted my resignation long back but till now pf amount is not credited, now the HR manager saying i had not given the notice period of 2-months and saying their is recovering of rs.33000/- as part of salary for not giving the notice period.

one of my friend has an account with icici bank but some who that account has closed and want to change the accounts details in his pf withdrawn which is in process since last 3-months.
Then what is the process or else can he get the cheque to his name so that he can deposited that in same other account.
